Very easy ordering process and the delivery was received very quickly. Will definitely be purchasing more of a similar product in the near future.

Fast delivery.
Quality product
Great price

Nice doormat and original design. Delivery is expensive however and I would not have purchased had I not recieved a discount on the Mat itself. Delivery was quick.

Really pleased with our new mat , excellent quality and great value for money. Fast delivery and great communication. Many thanks

I have brought several rugs from Rug Traders very happy with Rugs and the service I have received from them. Keeping me informed about delivery .

Great products very quick delivery thank you.

Unfortunately, my first order was misplaced by the carrier, this was no fault of Rug Trader's and Gemma very quickly resolved this and arranged for replacement rugs to be despatched for next day delivery, they did indeed arrive as promised.

I am very happy with the quality of the rug.

Bought a flat weave polypropylene Egyptian rug for the kitchen. Ordered on Saturday, arrived Monday. Well packaged, unrolled and flattened out easily. Feels substantial. Just what we were looking for. Excellent quality and service. Thanks

Was looking for a kitchen rug and found this one discounted. Very pleased with purchase. Good quality, perfect fit and great to hoover. Would highly recommend.

customer service is brilliant, this company really cares for there customers & fantastic prices

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED RUG TRADERS AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I BOUGHT MY RUG FROM THEM AFTER COMPARING THEIR PRICES WITH OTHER COMPANIES SELLING THE SAME ITEM. RUG TRADERS WERE CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. MY RUG WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I have no choice but to give rug traders one star as the rug was not delivered . A 2 day delivery turned into 9 days at which point I cancelled my order as I was no further forward . The delivery company appear to be complete cowboys.

Edit.. the delivery company did not leave a card, i was in all day so they were dishonest as well as useless by claiming that they did.

Absolutely beautiful rug. Looks perfect in my new room, exactly what I wanted and at a good price compared to other websites. Great service. Kept updated on progress of order. Very pleased.
