I had never heard of this company when our agent handled over our tenancy agreement to R&R to handle. Ours was a complicated one as the apartment was jointly owned, we had two tenants to deal with, the agents had changed and our ownership held through oversea pension funds with pension administrators involved.
I must add our point of contact Emma Sheehan got to grips with it very quickly and more importantly understood what she had on her hands.
