Where to start. We ordered a table 2 months ago and when I did i noticed we had ordered it off our old address (we moved 2 days before ordering our table for the new home) I emailed and said the address was wrong and gave the new address.

Delivery was supposed to be on friday, the driver rang me and said theres nobody home but obviously he was at the incorrect address, our new home is 1 mile down the road i said come here (new address) he said okay and never turned up. Apparently he called the office and rescheduled it for the day after with the updated address logged.

The day after same again wrong address didnt call just didnt Deliver.

I emailed rust and oak and they argued with me about the change of address obviously I was correct but they said they would put the delivery on for today with a updated address... today no table at 3pm so I called the delivery firm and they said it was on route. 5:30pm no delivery so I called again and another person told me its not even been collected. Rust and oak??? 3 emails no response... obviously not interested. Cant review the table but im sure wherever its been thrown about it looks lovely

Ordered a monitor stand with wooden sides. It's very well made, no complaints! Practically seamless to the touch, beautifully sanded and waxed, and the stain colour is exactly what I expected. I have my 48" screen on it, and my Sonos Beam underneath, great stuff.

Took quite a long time to arrive though. Ordered on a Saturday and it's "usually" made in 5 working days, so I figured might arrive just over a week later, after two full weeks I'd not heard anything. Completely understand there was a bank holiday Monday in that time, and "usually" doesn't mean "always" - but in that case it doesn't hurt to let customers know there'll be a delay. Kristian did reply first thing Monday to advise it would be sent that day, but didn't offer an apology which would have gone a long way.

To his credit it did arrive the very next day - although DX didn't bother ringing my buzzer or knocking my door, just left it at the bottom of a communal stairwell and claimed I'd "received" it personally. Classic DX!

Anyway, it's here now, well made, looks great, so we got there in the end!

What can I say high quality materials. Looks very stylish with my coat hanger area and the black radiator and mirror in the front door way. All I did was measure up from the instructions to customise my radiator cover and it arrived with a pre delivery message. I cannot remember if I should have asked for wall attachments or if that was available but we managed to sort some as our wall is not level. So pleased with it, thank you.
