Awful customer service been waiting 11 days on my paint. Only way to contact them.is by email and they don't reply for days. Who knows if it will ever turn up just seen all the bad reviews on Facebook wish I had looked at the first. Awful customer service

We want to refresh our 10 year old kitchen units, but was hesitant on how the project would pan out.
We researched various options and settled for rust oleum slate grey cabinet paints 2x 750mls.
We did all preparations to ensure we had the best chance of success, we had enough paint for 3 coats and a little left over for any touch ups later.
Rust oleum lived up to our high expectations, and the coverage was excellent.
I would recommend this product to anyone thinking about refurbishment of their kitchen cabinets.
We've researched all paint brands and applications, and Rust Oleum was by far the top .
Preparations is the key to achieving a best results.

I've done my kitchen and garden with the these paints and I can't fault them.. Easy to apply, amazing coverage and durable.

Awful paint have given front door 4 coats and can still see the white upvc runs like mad and dries uneven do not buy its ruined my front door

Fast delivery and excellent products. I bought the kitchen tile paint and kitchen cupboard paint. I needed two coats of each for a smooth rich finish. Can’t fault either item or the online purchase/delivery process.

I will be painting everything in my house - this paint is a game changer. Amazing.

I’ve been using their lime wash paint which is amazing! The effect it creates is gorgeous.
However I quickly realised I’d need an additional tin to finish. They sent me a totally different type of paint and colour to what I ordered. There’s no contact number so you have to email, they don’t appear to have any customer service on weekends.
Update: I finally received a reply, they then asked for photos of what was sent by mistake. The replacement is due to be delivered Wednesday. So 5 days since I raised the error, not the best customer service especially when the error is caused their end.

The customer service is pretty poor. I was desperate for the paint to finish a job, and thought next day delivery would mean just that. However, I ordered the paint on Monday morning, and then it eventually turned up on Wednesday at 5pm.
Customer service is only available by email (no phone number), and even though I contacted them a couple of times, they eventually got back to me after the delivery had been made, with little apology. Very disappointing service.

- In response to their reply - Courier information states that it was dispatched on  Tue 3/25/2025 01:43 PM - If the courier picked it up 24 hours late, then there is no reason why the company couldn't have sent an email with an apology. In addition, courier issues (which I question) doesn't explain why they didn't reply to the webform message and 2 emails I sent.
The fact that there is an apology on here, and no communication directly to myself, speaks volumes about their customer service.
p.s. I'm normally a pretty chilled, easy going person but occassionally I get incensed by a company's lack of professionalism - this is one of those times.

Beware, Paint was nothing like the greeny grey colour on the tin, (winter gray) was just white. could never buy again and cant take back as tin was so hard to open metal all prised up around edge.

We're using the kitchen cupboard paint to paint the utility room and panelling and it seems really durable and goes on like an absolute dream.

Delivery seems mixed. One time we had Amazon fulfilment delivered within 2 days and this time we are getting FedEx within 3 days. I am in the Highlands and Amazon shipping is amazing here but never had FedEx before. But getting paint here within 2 days is very impressive.

We also used the kitchen floor grout paint and it's not very durable around the sink area which is where we have the most foot traffic. Ive had to redo it three times in a year but the rest of the room has lasted quite well.

I have used Rust Oleum for odd jobs around the house but decided to makeover the kitchen using their cupboard paint. I had high gloss cabinets and was worried that the paint wouldn’t ‘stick’ but, with some prep beforehand, all looks good. I did order more paint for the kitchen ‘sides’ but the wrong paint was delivered and I sent a photo across to their Customer Services. A very fast response was received offering a replacement or full refund. Customer service at its best. Great products and great service.

Great service with a quick delivery, I was extremely impressed when my paint arrived next day. However I did have a query with the colour likeness of my paint so contacted Kris at Rustoleum who was very helpful. Thank you

I only needed a small amount to patch up some corners which had chipped off the the kitchen doors. The small sachet was enough to do the whole job, and some left. The colour was perfect, and I only needed to do a few layers to build up the thickness. Dries quickly too.

Absolutely, a shambles of an organisation. Having to work hard now to get my money from their ridiculous business processes that place the customer at a distinct disadvantage. I would wholeheartedly wouldn’t not recommend placing an order with this unscrupulous unprofessional shambles of the way they treat orders.

I've tried many specialist paints over the years, and a standout for me has been Rustoleum's Kitchen Cabinet paint. It lays on the surface really nicely with a mini roller. The anti-scratch formula is a really nice touch and with it being water-based, cleanup is a doddle. The composition of this specific paint has been really well thought-out. Top marks :)

As mentioned by other reviewers the returns process is disappointing, though it's my legal right to return Rustoleum sent me a laundry list of requirements and even requested photos as 'proof' of original condition for a delivery I had only just received. The company ships through Amazon so returns labels should be provided yet are not. I will not use nor recommend the brand going forward which is a shame since I went out of my way to get Rustoleum in particular for renovation.

Next day delivery claim is false. Never had an issue with Rustoleum paints - they are great. Just beware that the next day delivery claims on the website are not entirely truthful - we placed our order at 9am in the morning, tracking number was issued quickly, but upon checking it immediately stated ‘3 day delivery’ with expected arrival date 3 days in future. Bit frustrating as we decided to order from website based on this claim - would have driven to shop otherwise as we needed the paint this week.

I would give a good review if the return process wasn't so bad the return was received and signed for but they still won't acknowledge or process refund that cost me 6.75 to return at my own cost as they don't give you a returns free this is customer service at its worst for an order I placed on Christmas morning went on to cancel boxing day sent me acknowledge it then sent it anyway knowing I'd have to pay to send it bk.
