Painted my decking rails in Greencroft garden paint. Paint went on like a dream and coverage was great, 2.5 litres went a really long way. Possibly the best outdoor paint I’ve ever used! Upcycled a couple of planters using their universal metallic paint, they look fab and again a tiny pot went a long, long way. Going forward this’ll be the only paint I buy! Would upload photos but can’t see anything that allows me to.

Be aware the courier they use is unreliable FedEx didn’t deliver next day, it took them 4 days!

I ordered one 750ml can of the Kitchen Cupboard Paint in Satin (anthracite) and the roller and paint brush set to paint the cupboards and island in my kitchen.

I lightly sanded the cupboards using the sanding block that came with the roller set (cupboards previously painted using B&Qs V33 Renovation Paint) after removing the hardware, it took no more than 10 mins and I did not remove the doors or drawers whilst painting.

After a quick but thorough stir, I began the first application. I used the brush for the grooves (the drawers and cupboards are shaker style), and the roller on the main parts.

I have to say, my initial thoughts were that is was a fairly thin paint and it certainly did not cover the previous colour, but I went with it. It dries incredibly quickly, so make sure that you use the roller to smooth over any brush marks - I used the roller in one direction only with very little pressure.

Once the first coat had been applied, I waited an hour (it was a very hot day, so the paint did dry very quickly), and began the second coat. The second coat took less than half the time (I used exactly the same process).

I have to say, I was amazed at the application of the second coat! Once dried, my cupboards and island looked like brand new cupboards (no brush or roller marks whatsover - they look spray painted). This is the best kitchen cupboard paint I have ever used (compared to B&Q's V33, Crown Eggshell and Farrow & Ball).

It's been 2 weeks now, and the paint has adhered so well. I am able to use a damp sponge to clean them with no problems, the colour is fantastic, a very cool dark grey, with almost a hint of navy blue.

I cannot be more happy with the results - it looks like a brand new kitchen.

Customer service were excellent with their next day delivery service as I struggled to find this particular item in any of my local stores.

I found the paint really good to use I used a mini roller where I could it also leaves a lovely finish on your second coat I used it on my kitchen cupboards for a new look they look fantastic I would fully recommend this paint also I can't believe how quick the delivery is .

Shockingly bad customer service. I placed an order at 9.40pm on a Thursday and realised it wouldn't be here in time for the weekend as they were quoting a Tuesday delivery. I emailed them at 8.38am the next day to cancel, they said they couldn't as it had already been dispatched. I spoke to FedEx who confirmed it hadn't yet been collected and wouldn't be until after 4pm that day from their warehouse. I asked for them to RTS (return to sender) the parcel with FedEx which is a standard procedure but they said this was not possible. It is possible, they just didn't want to do it. Very unhelpful service. Fully understand not all orders can be stopped, but when it can be done it should be. Multiple times this could have been resolved but they prefer the order to be dispatched today and have me refuse it, wait for it to be returned, then take 14 days to process a refund. Ironically they quote that painting kitchen cupboards is an eco option as you're recycling the cupboards, but are happy for wasted journeys and emissions with their couriers? Will be returning for a refund and going elsewhere.

I contacted the customer services dept because of an issue with the colour of one of the paints I’d chosen. They were helpful, and friendly. The whole thing was sorted out that day and they sent a replacement free of charge. I’d also state that in my opinion, this paint is of a superior quality and will be my go to for all toy and furniture paint going forward. My dolls house only needed 2 coats and not the 5 everyone was telling me they usually needed with store bought paint. I was very impressed and will use again.

I’ve had great experiences with Rustoleum in the past but a recent experience has really disappointed me.

Ordered the Beige No 010 lime wash effect. Firstly, if you’re buying any of their paint, order a sample. This was nothing like advertised.

More disappointing was their inability to upload the review I had left them on their own website. What is clear - after speaking to customer service - is that they will not upload negative reviews on their own site.

Beautiful colours it has resulted in me having a lovely new wardrobes in my bedroom it has transformed the complete room I am very pleased with it I have also bought floor tile paint that has not been done yet I am looking forward to having it done later this month

Ich kenne Rust-Oleum vom deutschen Baumarkt. Dort werden Kreidefarben angeboten. Im Internet bestellte ich von dieser Firma Heizkörperlack. Rust-Oleum zeigt dort verschiedenste Farbnuancen für hochpreisige Lacke an. Ich wählte ein hell gelbes mattes grün mit der Bezeichnung "Buchsbaum" für Heizkörper geeignet. Ich habe einen kallibrierten Bildschirm, denn ich bin der der Graphikbranche tätig. Versendet wurde von dieser Firma dann eine Farbdose ohne konkrete textliche Farbbezeichnung. Das finde ich unseriös. Auf dem Deckel war ein farbiger Aufkleber der die beinhaltete Farbe darstellen sollte. Dieses Grün hatte nichts mit meiner gewünschten Farbe zu tun. Ein kräftiges Allerweltsgrün. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde ein Foto gewünscht. Daraufhin wurde freundlich dreist behauptet, dieser Farbton wäre meine Bestellung, ich sollte diese Farbe verwenden. Wenn mir das Ergebnis nicht passen sollte bekäme ich eine Neue zugeschickt. Was dann gekommen wäre und welche Qualität diese Farbe dann hätte wollte ich nicht wissen. Ich habe den Siegel der Dose natürlich nicht geöffnet sondern sofort Widerspruch und Rückgabe gefordert, und zwar über das Kontaktformular dieser Internetseite. Allerdings wurde mein Widerspruch hierüber nicht bestätigt. Ich suchte in den AGBs und wurde auf Seite 10 fündig. Über eine spezielle Emailadresse für Retouren wurde dann tatsächlich der Widerspruch und Rückgabe bestätigt. Allerdings unter der Bedingung, dass ich noch ein Foto von der Ware und meiner Verpackung schicken müsste um Anspruch auf Rückerstattung zu haben. Nach Rücksendung wurde mir mein Geld zurücküberwiesen. Den Rückversand musste ich selber bezahlen.

I ordered a tin of paint for kitchen unit as i was running out of the paint during the project, and received email from FedEx to confirm the delivery but FedEx did not deliver as it should be, So I tried to contact Rust-Oleum uk which only can be reached by email no phone number, the only phone number in the UK is only dealing with trade A/C.
So far I have not received any response, and I tried to look their website which is not available since this morning. I dont know what is going on, make me very concerned as I can not reach both of them (Rust-Oleum and FedEx).

Quick postage of samples colours we sent for. Haven't yet used samples in the process of preparing.

Excellent product & quick delivery. Ive used various paints & always good.

Ordered several different coloured tester paints first. Then ordered 2 tins of UPVC paint for double garage doors. Ordered on a Bank Holiday and could not believe they arrived next day. Washed doors with strong solution of sugar soap using soft abrasive sponge, then hosed off. Using a brush first coat of paint went on well and gave a good key for the second coat. Doors now look fantastic. Very happy look like new.

I bought kitchen cupboard paint for my daughter. There was a wide range of choice and colours. Paint was delivered quickly. The quality of the paint is great. Only took two coats to cover beech coloured doors. Finish looks lovely.
