Without any hesitation, I would recommend Ruth Romano's 1/2 day soap making course because it combined the theory with practical hands on soap making which was great and really enjoyable. Either as hobby (my reason for booking the course) or business, I would recommend Ruth's course no matter your age, background or level of knowledge.

I highly recommend Ruth's course. The course went into everything I hoped to learn from ingredients, the process, suppliers and more. Ruth was very friendly and open to questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and followed my fellow colleagues on social media with the intention of keeping in touch. We even all did a little trade at the end so we could keep one of each soap to try when they're ready :) you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend Ruth’s online soap making course. With an interesting introduction to soap making I was guided through making my first batch of soap! I really appreciated having the opportunity to make a second batch and feel prepared and enthused to begin this exciting journey. I had a wonderful time learning the ins and outs of cold process soap making with Ruth. It was lovely to break the lack of social interactions with such a nice friendly group and learn a skill which I have been patiently waiting to explore. I feel confident to continue my journey with natural soap making thanks to Ruth's guidance.

Had the most amazing day yesterday learning how to make cold processed soap with Ruth, the day whizzed by so quick, we went home with over 27 soaps & shampoo bars, well structured class, fabulous group. I now feel confident to start my soap cold processed making journey, huge thank you to Ruth, highly recommended.

Had a lovely time on the course, Ruth is very friendly and is very easy to talk too. The course is good for those who have never made soap before. I came away with confidence and really happy with what I had made. Will definitely be making more soap. I will also be going on her other courses.

I would highly recommend the soap making course. I did it on Saturday and found it very fun and informative. There is a lot too it and Ruth explained everything so well. I have now done all of Ruths courses and I recommend every single one.

I completed Ruth's 1:1 Soap and Cosmetics Business Course in April. The content was useful and informative and I left the course feeling I had the knowledge to take the next steps towards starting my own cosmetics business. Would highly recommend this course.

Today I attended Ruth’s online soap making course. The pace of the session was great, Ruth was friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! She has made me feel a lot more confident with the cold process and I can’t wait to see how the final products turn out in 4 weeks time!

I attended Ruth's course hoping to learn a little about natural soaps in an effort to reduce my plastic consumption, as well as reduce the chemicals I was using on my body.
Ruth's course was absolutely fantastic. I had a great day with all the ladies who attended and I learnt so much! At first the process seemed daunting, but it was much easier than I thought and I have definitely caught the soap-making bug! Everything smells divine and I have spread the soaps we made throughout my house so that every room smells incredible. I only wish the 4 weeks would pass faster so I can start to use the wonderful soaps we made! I cannot recommend Ruth enough!

The course was informative and offered everything I needed to know. I came away having more confidence in dealing with the labelling requirements.

Brilliant, fun course. I was brand new to soap making and Ruth was great at explaining and went into a lot of detail about the process. It was great fun and can't wait to get started making my own soaps! Highly recommend!

I greatly enjoyed my first ever soap-making experience via Ruth’s online class. She facilitated a well organised and clear session and I now feel confident to create my own soap bars in the future. I received my parcel of ingredients when promised and found her emailed worksheets very informative and recommend any future novice soap-makers to read these prior to the online session. The list of essential items required covered everything and gave excellent links to suppliers of items not already in my house. A frequent reminder to participants to mute their microphones when not talking would make the online video session clearer. Thanks Ruth.
