So I cannot stress how I feel about Tracey and the Ryder and Dutton team in Lindley. I was selling my family home as a single person after 10 years. Navigating this process as the only adult was sometimes difficult, weighing up everything for my kids. However. the support, experience, knowledge and fierce backing I received from Tracey and the team was the only thing that got me through this process. They understood my reasons for a slight emotional meltdown, gave me great advice, fought my corner and helped shoulder some of the stress with their kindness, experience and genuine love of their role. I cannot thank team enough, particularly Tracey who is the epitome of who I want in my corner! R&D were our replacement estate agents. We initially instructed another local agent and switched to R&D after having our property on the market for 3 whole months with them securing only a single viewing in that whole period! We switched to R&D and were pleasantly surprised that on the first afternoon of the listing going live, they had secured 6 viewings and also had an offer for us!! It was a massive contrast. Once we had accepted an offer, Emmy provide a flawless service, dealing with the sales process alongside our conveyancer. Highly recommend and would certainly use again if needed.

My house sold fairly quickly.
They do charge alot to sell your property.
I kept communicating with them which was quite good.
I think they could bring there fees down tho.
Overall a good service but if you have a good property shop around for better fees. As it will sell anyway.

Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received.
It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers.
We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful.

Very helpful, at the beginning and end of sale. My boiler broke down prior to moving in on removal day in my new home. Emmy went above and beyond to support. A little quiet mid sale and didn’t always return calls at this point. But the support at the end was amazing.
