We changed to Ryder & Dutton after the property had been up for sale for 12 months with little to no interest. Within a few weeks of being listed with Ryder & Dutton a sale was secured. communication was great all the way through. Unfortunately the sale fell through and the support from Bryony and Elizabeth was great, the house was relisted immediately and another sale secured in less than 2 weeks. I would 100% recommend.

A change for the better!!!
Changed to Ryder and Dutton from a competitor and could tell the difference straight away. The selling information was better, the communication was better. The viewings increased 10 fold! Bryony and Elizabeth kept us informed at every stage even when unfortunately the sale fell through. Following the sale falling through, our house was back on the market within days and, within days we had another interested party that we have now agreed the sale with!! So well done to all concerned. I would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton, Middleton. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sales Manager Lisa , and her team, handled the progress of the sale up to and including completion. Lisa is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the process, and was always there for us when we needed advice and support.
We dealt mostly with Lisa and Emma, and we can’t thank them enough for their invaluable support throughout, which made things a lot less stressful for us.
We were so impressed from the start that we recommended Ryder & Dutton for another family sale of a property, and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

One person should deal with me not four or five and not knowing your situation having to beg people to do their job l am a landlord for 30 years never had ti's stress from an agency before my tenants were very unhappy too I'm very disappointed in the service

This is done to ensure that a property is checked and offered in a rentable condition, which enables us to move new tenants in quickly and efficiently. I recently sold my house through Ryder and Dutton, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly professional and supportive. My house was sold subject to contract within just six weeks of putting it on the market, which I found to be exceptional.
A special mention to Aneeka, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She provided constant reassurance and guidance, making what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She made sure I was kept in the loop at all times, and her advice was invaluable. Additionally, having my property listed as a premium listing certainly helped attract more interest.
I highly recommend Ryder and Dutton for anyone looking to sell. They made the whole process seamless and were there every step of the way

It has been said many times that buying or selling a house can be one of the stressful of events. In our recent sale of a house this proved to be true. The support and professionalism of the estate agents (Ryder and Dutton) was the saving grace during the whole protracted process. Our contact initialy, Robyn Roberts and in the later stages Jenny Boyle were utterly superb, constantly pressing for progress and keeping us informed, They should be UN negotiators!
