Jessica williamson made my whole experience of selling and buying a fantastic one, she was always on the other end of the phone, answered any questions we had about anything, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Jessica 😘 The Solicitors on the other hand where hard to reach, I felt they never really engaged with us, when you have never done this before, you look for a guiding hand with knowledge of whats happening and someone you can rely on, we don't feel this was what we got, unfortunately more often than not we felt ignored. Yes the portal was there, but never updated, it was a more of a toolfor Blackburn Birchall to ensure they ticked boxes. Sorry that was our experience.

From the initial consultation I was happy with the service from Ryder and Dutton. Owain explained the process and we accepted a full asking price bid within 9 days of listing. Jessica also assisted well and was available to speak to whenever i needed. Geraldine then picked up once solicitors where involved and chased both parties to completion. I wasn’t 100% happy with the solicitor services which were recommended by Ryder hence not the 5 stars.
