After considering various solar quote from a wide range of organisations, Damian provided the relevant information with regards to the 13kw/32 panel system that I requested. The system had the best inverter of all of the quotes which was then further enhanced by the timely installation. Everyone gave me a 4 week plus time limit. However SAE was able to have my panels installed within 2 working days of confirmation. Corey and his crew of
Installers where highly professional in their conduct and worked in a timely manor given, especially in the arduous conditions. Corey and his team went above and beyond and SAE should be proud.

This is our second solar system installed by SAE. This time a Tesla Powerwall was included.
Quality workmanship and good communications. There is a wait for Tesla batteries and this was clearly communicated. In the end it turned up in advance of the date given.
Our old solar system is now 4 years old and no faults despite being in a high salt environment.
I did my own research on inverter brands, panels and mounts. SAE was happy to accommodate my preferred brands.

SAE were prompt, really friendly and service minded. They made me feel like ‘the one and only’ customer and installed a quality system without friction. I also felt like they were transparent and honest in their quoting and price structure.

We were impressed at how quickly our 6.6 system was installed and how quietly and efficiently the contractors worked who installed it. We are generating 40kw plus per day from day one. more than was quoted in the submission we received from SAE Coffs Harbour

Upon SAE winning the bid to supply and install our solar system, we found SAE faultless with their service that they provided. A representative from SAE contacted me and asked for a time that suited me to meet and discuss the process ahead. He turned up on time and ran through every step with me, we worked out a time for a measure up and an install date that suited my work commitments..
The installation (carried out by their own installers and own electrician, NOT contracted out) the contract and payment process were all trouble free. I received support and friendly advice from a team of people from SAE from start to finish.
I will not hesitate to use the services of the SAE Group in the future, and would recommend them without reservation.... A job well done.

I waited 10 months for the installation after accepting the quote due to a long delay in roof repairs after hail damage to my house. SAE continually followed up with me on the progress of repairs. Finally when repairs were completed, SAE acted quickly and the solar was installed soon after. This is the second solar installation I have had from SAE and I can only speak highly of the 2 installation teams.

From sales (Tyson) to installation (Arthur & Drew), to admin (Nikaela), the experience was seamless.We were kept informed every step of the way.
