Horrendous store with an owner that uses an outdated pf pic while she asks people for IDs to access her discord and Facebook to make sure they aren't catfish.... she hides her scalp pricing in her shipping claiming it's impossible to do free shipping while hundreds of other small shops have free shipping after $50-100. Highly recommend to avoid.

Best place to buy from never had a problem with any of there products and everything has been 100% authentic will not buy from any other site/store been buying for almost 3 years

Just a bunch of great people! They work so hard to make hot demand items fair for as many people as possible! Shipping is fast and a fair price for how far it has to travel!

These guys are great and go out of their way to make sure high demand product gets in the hands of people who are actually looking to enjoy it and not make a profit off of it. Good people and a great company.

Have shopped with this company for years. Have never had any issues. Everything I have purchased has been recieved and in excellent condition. Customer service is top notch. Personally do not buy from anyone else and as long as there's a safari zone thats where all my poke needs will come from.

I bought a vivid voltage box that came today. How does 2021 cards enter a 2020 box? and not only that; the full arts, ultra rares and secret rares are from another box set... this site is a complete scam

Trash company delayed my preorder from June. I had to chargeback because owner refused to refund.

Preordered some celebration items on Aug 1st. There has been major delays on their distribution (which is not their fault) but fast forward to Oct 22nd and I was still waiting. Perhaps you shouldn't flaunt then how you have so much inventory in stock in store while there are many people waiting for their preorders back in August. I questioned them, the owner asked if I wanted a refund (she was pretty much expecting me to grovel and beg her "no") and I said, yes to that. Oh, she didn't like that. The website banned me not only from their facebook group but the account I had with them. Not only were my preorders cancelled for celebrations, but the other preorder I had with them as well. Solid business practice right there. To be fair, it's not a bad place and I have nothing personally against them, just don't give them any criticism and be a good little sheep for them and everything will be fine.

Please do not order from this website people, they will not give you updates about your order even if its been 5 months. They will use marketing tactics that tell you to wait 3 months in advance. If you look at your own bank policy, you'll know you cannot get your money back because the duration has been too long which safari-zone knows about.

Owner banned me from facebook group and deleted my site account after questioning him about boxes with faulty seals. I've seen them have the FB group attack other paying customers who had a similar issue. I was willing to accept the faulty boxes and move on until the owner silently banned me.

Im based in London and ordered an expensive pokemon card for £460 which included fast track delivery however I am still yet to receive it. When I got in touch with the carrier, I found out that they were holding it with an additional fee of £104!! this is actually ridiculous and if Safari Zone mentioned about this additional cost I would not have purchased the item!!. I will not be buying from this site again and will be sharing my experience with other collectors.
