The order for 3 smoke detectors, a heat detector, a CO monitor and a remote control arrived promptly. The instructions were, for me at least, not as clear as I would have liked. A call for technical support was answered quickly and I was very helpfully talked through the linking process which was then achieved quickly and easily. A further call regarding location of the CO monitor identified an error in the Information in the website FAQ (minimum distance from a wood stove) and was again helpfully resolved. The ready availability of useful assistance is a major plus point. As regards the devices they are all physically installed, are linked and the test button on the remote control causes them all to sound. Ten years service life remains to be seen. From purchase, delivery and installation standpoints SAFE-TECH is to be recommended.

Absolutely first class customer service and products. I wanted to order but as I would be out of the country for a while I did not want the goods delivered until I was back. Jacky in customer services took control of the situation immediately and arranged for the goods to be posted out the day after we arrived back in the country. Terrific.

Ordered on Sunday, delivrered on the following Thursday, 3+1+RC. Found one device would not interlink but then realised it needed to be cleared and then re-added. The videos are short and easy to follow. Once interlinked, the alarms only took minutes to attach to the ceiling in the appropriate places. Clearly we have not had them long but, for the moment, we are delighted ;-)

Good experience replacing my alarms in Scotland so they are interlinked. Arrived in 3 days of ordering and had them all paired within 15 mins and installed within 30 mins. Fraction of the price of paying someone to do it.

I have ordered two interlinked bundles (one for a friend) over the last month and both arrived ahead of time. First set set up no problems. Still to set up 2nd set. Great service.

I ordered a set of smoke/Heat/CO alarms, and they arrived really promptly. I had some difficulty with the pairing/linking of one of them, but a quick call to Tech Support resolved that in a couple of minutes. *Excellent* tech support!
