Dispatched on time. Arrived on time with e-mails keeping me informed each step. Unable to get one of the devices to pair. Problem resolved with a call to Safe-Tech.

Would have given five stars. I had to wait two weeks for my delivery. Phoned them a couple of times about it and the person i spoke to , could not have been nicer. He told me my order would be sent and the delay was due to high demand, especially from Scotland. Other than that , no problem.

Had some initial problems connecting devices but support was fast and efficient. Resulted in a repeat order. Many thanks.

Similar to others, the smoke / heat detectors were slightly delayed due to reasons outwith Safe-Techs responsibility. However my query was responded to quickly and when my smoke detectors arrived there was a gift voucher included as a means of apology. I would use Safe Tech again.

Very pleased with the product - smoke and heat alarms. Delivered timely tho heat alarm a little delayed but compensated with gift voucher. Have ordered a remote control and got prompt response. Very pleased with this company and have recommended them.

Like others, my order was initially delayed. An email brought a quick response that the delay was the result of logistic problems outwith Safe-Tech's control. I was given a new dispatch date that was honoured, the goods arriving the following day. I think it hard to penalise Safe-Tech for a seemingly common problem over which they had no control and I would certainly buy from them again.

A delay in delivery from Safe-Tech's supplier meant an extended wait for my item to be sent but once dispatched, I had it next day.
I did contact Safe-Tech a couple of times by email and was impressed by the response both quick, helpful and outwith normal working hours. I'm happy to recommend Safe-Tech and would certainly buy from them again.

Unable to rate the product as it has failed to arrive despite being in stock at the time of order. I have had no updates on timelines. Appreciate there may be some challenges with supply but to get no updates despite emails and phone calls is disappointing.

Hard to give an opinion on a product that hasn't yet arrived and has no tracking updates.

Failed to keep to delivery dates or keep me informed. I had to email them twice, yes they did reply promptly, but I am still waiting and wondering when the order will be delivered.

One order of two orders that annoyed me was 5 days ago I was informed by the Royal Mail saying it was expecting the item, which was to be sent by 24 hour delivery. There’s no sign of it, if it’s been sent. I haven’t a scoobie.

The later order was meant to be despatched on 27th and it’s still pending.

That’s no way to treat your customers. Very disappointed and at £120 each order!

Quickly dispatched at time of high demand. Excellent product description on website gave confidence in what you were ordering.

Prompt delivery - items arrived as described. Problems with pairing but an email to the company led to a very helpful phone call and all was resolved.

Excellent service, even though I knew they had a shortage, the staff, John and Mr Smith kept me up to date when alarms would be delivered.
I bought the handset tester as well which is not advertised on amazon, which saves me getting ladders out weekly to test.
