First class service
One of the very few suppliers I could actually speak to on the phone & answered necessary questions I had. Bought 4 sets of heat/smoke alarms for our properties in Scotland. Very well packaged, good quality & easy to install.

There was initially a problem with…
There was initially a problem with payment going through twice. This was quickly resolved, to my satisfaction. Products took a week to be dispatched which is ok, but the trouble is we are all used to Amazon speeds which I guess is unfair on smaller companies
