I never was stolen from. I am a scambaiter, I basically call scammers to collect info and prank them. I got their ip and will report them to their ip provider. I will also report their domain and possibly call report them to India’s cybercrime police. Do not trust them, they are scammers!

I was violated by this group of not smart people they robbed me of $110 they did not provide a service they consistently insulted me and made fun of me because I was black it is unprofessional unethical and immoral I was not able to receive my money yet I wrote the BBB and I also contacted a local politician a lawyer and the attorney general in Virginia this company sucks ass and they're a bunch of scammers

All of these reviews are just after getting help. At that point they are great. I had trouble getting my printer to hook up. I purchased a 3 year extended warranty from them which was suppose to include monthly ink and unlimited personal assistant. My assistant was Tom by the way. They started messing things up on my computer on purpose trying to get me to purchase a security pack. I started to purchase it but my credit card company turned it down due to possible froud. I told Tom I would call my bank and check things out then I would call him back. He tried to get me to go ahead & put the software on my computer then me pay later. I told him repeatedly not to install anything untill I took care of things & paid for it. He was pursistant. Calling me all of the time trying to get me to pay that my computer needed it. He was calling multiple times a day trying to get me to buy the software. after a few days of him continually calling & me telling him constantly not to call me that I would call him, I got frustrated & told him to just stop harassing me. Then a woman called, forceably wanting me to purchase the package too. The next time a man called and said he was the manager & they wouldn't bother me any more. He kept telling me 'I don't need your credit card you're going to give me a check. I will make a phone call and you will tell the man to give me the money. I told him repeatedly that I was not going to purchase the software....... The next day the used the Supremo they put on my computer to get on there & remove alot of my software. I sat there & watched them remove, delete & permanantely delete several items. "Don't let them tell you they have to have a code for you to let them have remote access with Sepremo. I sat there and watched them. When I called them about it. They tried to tell me they didn't do anything to my computer that my own computer software was doing it. AND the only thing that would fix it is the SECURITY PACKAGE they tried to force me to buy that cost $369.00 DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! If you let anyone put Supremo or any other remote program on your computer be sure to uninstall it as soon as they are finnished.
