Today, 1/14/2021, my Microsoft and email accounts were hacked into, blocking my access to online gaming and to send/receive emails. After multiple attempts to contact Microsoft, I turned to another tech support extension. My assistant today was extremely helpful and understanding of my issue, and immediately started on a solution. It turns out, my protection software was not installed or up to date, which I was walked through and showed. My experience today has been better than any other tech assistance I have received in the past, and anyone else I come across with my same problem, I will be recommending them here. Thank you!

I was having problems with the pass code for the x-box its was getting very hard to understand until i contacted the support group. The experience was amazing seriously i wish i could shake his hand and thank him in person if u guess would give him a big raise it would make me and my son day cause its his first game and my first game also after 40 years!
