Very helpful, great customer service

The lads worked hard and it all went very well

Arrived on time, no fuss, moved all my stuff quickly.

I chose Safe Removals based on past positive reviews on this site. I really regret using them. Of the two men, one was really nice and helpful. The other was rude to my wife when she explained how to dismantle the furniture in order to get it through the door. I asked him to stop being rude, but he just kept going. Though he did later apologise, he also said that he would not reassemble the furniture - despite reassembly being agreed with the firm over the phone before the start of the job. We were too fed up to argue, so reassembled it ourselves the next day. There were also items broken and things left behind. A terrible experience - we would advise that you do not use this firm.

We're in-between moves however these guys are the business.

I've never moved before but nothing was too much trouble, friendly, polite and did the job properly.

They came around to do a quick survey, provided more boxes and tape when we needed it - helped us pack an expensive light fitting - chandelier type of light by "making" a custom box to fit it, padded it and secured it - that's what I call doing your job properly.
What more do you want - use these guys if you need to move.

Staff polite and profesional.

A two man team provided an great service, both had an excellent work ethic. I did not require a packing service. Several furniture items required disassembly this was handled quickly and efficiently. The house was cleared in under 90 minutes, no items were damaged. There was a slight issue over the size of the van (I required another) however the van was available immediately and the cost issue was agreed amicably.
My only criticism would be the company were a little too relaxed beforehand with the details, however the positive''can-do' attitude on the day more than makes up for this. Excellent value for money, recommended.

I am upset because there was a damage in my leather double bed and wardrobe too.

A top notch crew that handled everything we had with care and caution yet still kept up an amazing loading/unloading speed. At one point my computer desk got stuck in a doorway and the solution had me stumped and the team simply dismantled it in place and were past the problem in a few minutes.
The entire move was excellent from start to end and I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will almost certainly be using them again in the future.

Very helpful and professional service. The removal guys were possibly the most polite people I have ever met!
Slight underestimation on the volume of possessions we have, though our flat is a bit of a Tardis, the team quickly came up with a solution to ensure that we got moved the same day.
The office staff are also very polite and proactive so when you make contact be sure to outline precisely how you want to communicate and when; you will not be let down.
All-in-all a great service!
