Customer service over and above

Customer service over and above. Answered my stock query quickly then got right back to me when the stock came in to see if I still wanted it before they sold out. I did. Perfect. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Upsetting offer at the end of purchase

I made a purchase and after paying I got an offer on screen for the same product I bought that with the discount and the free delivery they were offering me, I would have paid £10 less. I fount it very upsetting. Also, I am not sure I will keep buying here if I have to pay delivery every time as the minimum is £60, considering the products I buy are not cheap.

Fantastic

Fantastic! Quick delivery, well packaged items. The free pump for the large bottle was a nice touch as I do find the larger bottles are a bit awkward to use. Free hair brush too which looks a great size for my fringe. Excellent value, wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
