Ordered items on 17th finally said…

Ordered items on 17th finally said dispatched on 20th but DPD status shows parcel not received….they do not appear to be responding to emails. However the responses were in my junk mail and my order arrived 6 days after placing it. I think they should be upfront saying it may take up to a week to receive the order, which is fine if you are aware, but as it say despatched the same day you expect it to arrive quicker. Now I know I would idee from them again.

No delivery

Ordered on 25th March and according to DPD tracking, they haven’t even dispatched it yet. DPD have confirmed that they have received no physical item from the sender, only a scanned barcode. I imagine they are printing the DPD labels for dispatch to make it look like they are en route but not sending the products. Customer service ‘Roos’ has been incredibly vague and quick to point the blame towards DPD.

An excellent service

An excellent service. I purchased hair mouse I can't buy in the shops. Salontotal kept me in the loop on my delivery. I knew the day it was due to arrive and I ensured I was home to receive it. Will definitely buy from them again. Very happy with the service

Avoid salonnatol where the heck is my parcel. I ordered a hair round brush from the website. I constantly wrote to them after 7 days of paying for the parcel and not seeing the parcel any around my house. I wanted an refund but they wrote to me they will contact dpd and that was 3 times. I lost my money and never got the parcel

J’ai commandé une 1ere fois sur ce site…

J’ai commandé une 1ere fois sur ce site il y a quelques mois et tout s’était bien passé.
Par contre, j’ai passé une 2e commande qui est arrivée cassée chez DPD et cela fait 3 semaines qu’ils me répondent qu’ils n’ont pas toutes les informations alors que le transporteur m’a dit que le colis était cassé et non livrable.
Je ne peux les joindre par téléphone ( cela répond qu’ils indisponibles) et par Whats app ils me demandent de patienter…
J’ai repassé une nouvel commande car j’ai vraiment besoin de ces produits et si j’ai les mêmes déboires j’irais dans mon magasin spécialisé un peu loin mais pas trop d’autre choix.

Février 2026 :
Après mon avis sur Trustpilot? J'ai été contacté par la société qui a résolu mon problème et envoyé les produits sans attendre le retour du colis.
Finalement ça s"est bien terminé même si le temps entre la commande et la livraison a été long et laborieux. Merci à leur SAV.

Delivery times terrible

Have ordered twice from them now. 1st time my item took 2weeks to come then 2nd time it didn’t come at all. They claimed yodel had it but yodel proved to me they didn’t have it. 2wks later & im still trying to get someone from salontotal to answer the phone to give me a refund 😡

Unfortunately, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive at the moment, as there have been some issues causing delays. Once the parcel has been scanned by Yodel, they will only then say that they have the parcel, as until then it is on its way to their depot from our warehouse in the Netherlands. I still haven;t receive my order.

I still haven't receive the package.Live tracking shows that yesterday left your country.I had asked for an express delivery paying the additional cost but you informed me that you don;t do this.I believe that I won't have the packe not even the next week.This is what you can do to improve your eshop.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent out faulty clippers in September I have returned the clippers by recorded delivery. Salontotal have had the clippers over 7 weeks no new clippers sent out and no refund. Terrible company will have to go to trading standards to get my money back.
Please use a reputable wholesaler's like Sallys as you will be covered if item is faulty ect…

We’re sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Returns from co.uk first go to an intermediary depot before being sent back to us in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, this may cause delays before we receive your clipper. Once we have it, we will address the warranty claim with the supplier as quickly as possible.
