The website is absolutely customer friendly. I found every information what I wanted. This shop was the only one, where I could buy my four products in same place.
Wide range of products with beautiful photos. The customer service was quick and helpful. DPD was a little slow, but is was signed on the order form.
Recommended
The Wahn trimmer I purchased was considerably cheaper than the lowest price available in Ireland. The service and communications were good.
UPS were a bit slow delivering, and as usual just tossed the parcel over my gate.

THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY
I canceled an order on June 17 due to lack of availability of some items. I requested a refund of my money by email and today, June 26, I still have not received it. Finally I have requested a refund of my money via Paypal since it is impossible directly with them. They politely answer that they are going to refund it but they do not refund it. I consider this a scam. I will not buy anything from this store again nor will I recommend anyone to do so. And if you still want to risk buying in their store, try paying through Paypal. That way maybe you will have a chance to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Took a month to get our order
Took a month to get our order. Customer service is a joke. They sent a disclaimer claim form that threatens prosecution if you enter “false information”. Basically implying that you might be a thief while they hold your money and don’t deliver the goods.

Very satisfied with the service, everything went really smoothly. Paid my order on the 6th of December 2023. Next day I got the shipping confirmation email. Today (12th of December) the courier just delivered my parcel. Delivery was from NL to CZ. Pretty good going considering the time of the year. So thank you very much.

Dissatisfied
Put an order in, got an email after 4 days to say it would be delayed, no time scale for when it would be sent out. I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund in 5 working days we are now at 7 working days and still no money. They said it was a clerical error and I would get it today. I did not. Still waiting with no real explanation. They told me to check with my bank!! As if they can tell me why it hasn't been paid in yet!! Disappointing

Order never arrived and NO help from customer service.
I ordered Kerastase hair oil on the 18th of March and it still has not been shipped. I have received no help from customer service other than a tracking link - which I had received already with my order confirmation.
The package has not been shipped- this is 11 days since I placed my order. I am very frustrated and will not be using this website again.

Good assortment, prices, fast shipping, but unsatisfying quality of customer support
High diversity of products - I’m so happy I could find brands rarely available in Europe. Price range is awesome. Fast dispatch and shipping, but customer support organization has many issues and communication looks weird actually.
Case: sucessfully ordered 5 products and after some time received an email from CS agent X that one specific product is not available, but they expect to receive it later that afternoon. If no updates in next few days, I should contact them via email again. Quite usual situation causing no issues, but the way it was handled was weird. I found out that during time of ordering, I had not noticed small notification below order button offering to register my email for informing when its back in stock. A few days later emailed them, asking if they have already received the item which agent X told previously they had expected that afternoon, but was informed by the agent Y, that this time frame is not known. Later was told via email that already 3 products were not available from my order even if one of them was shown as in stock and fully available on the website during the time when they were telling it. Informed CS about it asking to confirm if it’s really not available and received a reply from the agent Z the same cliche reply about restocking time frame not known, seems they did not delve into the question and the issue at all. A few days later decided to take a risk and could successfully order that item and received it. So to summerize:
Problem 1) - bug on the website: It’s possible to sucessfully order and pay for the item which is out of stock. ( Unite hair texturiza spray 227 ml etc. ) Green order button is available and small grey letters below offers to fill in an email for informing when the item is back in stock. Am not sure if it’s a specific feature dedicated for retailers to order stock in advance or a bug, but looks more like a bug.
Problem 2) - customer support does not look wider into the issue and does not put effort to solve the problem from the root cause or to solve related issues. They only care to solve the narrow issue in the ticket and does not look into the context. Later after informing support about the issue that it’s possible to buy the item which is out of stock - nobody cared and it’s still available much later. And vice versa - had informed that the item they told was not available was shown as available - no reaction also. They only repeated cliche reply about restocking time not known. They had to doublecheck it and confirm it’s really unavailable and inform IT department about the possibility to buy items which are out of stock.
Problem 3) - continuing sending emails for the same ticket and having further questions - different agents are assigned who do not read the history of the tickets and do not put effort to know the whole situation. When one person is assigned - he knows the situation better and feels more responsible. From customer experience side also customer feels more secure.
Problem 4) - weird communication - agents did not put efforts to provide with the usual necessary information which is logical - example - agent X had informed previously that one product is not available. Later agent Y informed that 3 products were not available asking if I would like to cancel the order, not naming them. I had to ask myself which of them were not available any more.
Problem 5) - customer support does not answer all questions given via email - just a few of them. Attention disorder issue or work overload/multitask? Example - I asked which products not available and if it’s possible to go further with the order without those products or should I cancel the whole order - it was replied only which exact products not available and nothing about cancelation procedure in general. Yes in a previous email CS agent told 3 products not available asking if I wanted to cancel the order already and I could already guess that partly cancelation was not available as he had not offered it, but if a customer asks something - you need to reply no matter if you have to repeat it or something.
Problem 6) - small edit needed in automatic order decline email sent to the customer. Time frame for refund processing is not mentioned and after a few days I had to contact CS asking when could I expect it.
Problem 7) - update is needed in their order system where customer address is sent to courier agency. Phone is not included to the address. I had to waste my time searching the parcel in local courier company.
Customer support makes up a huge part of business success, so hopefully it will be fixed. Best of luck. It really looks like a nice trustive company having a lot to offer for retailers and personal buyers.
