Top service! Eerst telefonisch contact gehad en daarna via mail verder geholpen. Er werd echt met me meegedacht en met een duidelijke link konden we direct het juiste trampolinenet bestellen — dat scheelde veel uitzoekwerk.
De verzending was ook snel en netjes.
En als dit net weer zo’n 8 jaar meegaat, dan zijn onze kinderen inmiddels volwassen 😉
Kortom: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gewoon goed geregeld.

Great service and excellent that they have so many replacement parts to help give the trampoline a refresh.

Having moved house, been rough treated by the kids and having suffered several Scottish winters the trampoline net was in need of repair. Replacement parts and service spot on, really satisfying in these throw away times to be able to repair to original condition and be helped in that by the original manufacturer making it easy.
I’d happily recommend Salta trampolines because of this experience

First of all i am writing this review, after using the Trampoline for 5 years. The reason for writing today is, I had a very happy experience with the customer service team, while i was ordering some parts for the trampoline. There was a confusion while ordering the parts and the customer service guy offered me to give small bolts free of cost, along with the other things that i have ordered. I bought "Salta Premium Black Edition 366" 5 years ago and very satisfied with this, the quality and the standard, for that price. I have been de assembling it during winter months and assembling again during summer months, here in Norway. Still there was no issue at all. Offcourse after 5 years now, it started with normal wear and tear and that is the reason for ordering the parts of it.
