J attends toujours mon trampoline
J attends toujours mon trampoline, j ai reçu l échelle et le matériel de sécurité . J attends toujours l appel du fameux transporteur. Le service client ne répond pas.
Update : le service client répond au téléphone, il faut appeler vers 11h. Les horaires d ouvertures ne sont pas les mêmes qu en France sûrement.
Ça fait 5 jours que j attends :(.
Note : si je reçois mon trampoline, j update la note.

Swift delivery on the spare safety net for the trampoline. Reasonable price, was hoping the zipper design could have been upgraded to a more durable version. Kids step on this one easily when going in/out so let’s see how long this lasts…

My international order was sent…
My international order was sent directly from the moment I purchased and was delivered within days. Despite missing springs, the customer service was quick to send the parts as soon as they heard about it. The trampoline feels great, safe and durable. We are delighted!

We bought a Salta Royal trampolin and…
We bought a Salta Royal trampolin and the springs break constantly, as they seems to be poorly made. Now 15 springs has broken and we can only buy new ones on salta webside with cost of 60EUR/20 pcs. It should be able to endure 120 kg and none of my kinds are above 45 kg.. It is poor quality and service

No information when parcel is back to Salta
I was supposed to receive 2 parcels from salta. I only received 1 and after 1 week i called DPD and they informed me that the second parcel went back to Salta because the costum documents were wrong. Salta has not informed me about anything even if the agreed delivery date is passed. It should not be me having to call DPD, Salta and spending money in international calls.
Edit: Salta has a very good customer care and they solved the issue after i contacted them sending me a new parcel and checking that everything was fine this time.
