Elendig service. Vi bøvler med vores nye trampolin da sikkerhedsnettet ikke passer til den. De lovede at sende en ny og sender så den helt samme igen. De vil ikke ha trampolinen sendt retur så nu står vi med en ny trampolin der ikke kan bruges. Vi er så skuffet!! Det kan ikke være rigtig salta !

I got what I ordered and it was a fast delivery.

delivery was ok. But it is our third trampoline and we never needed that much spare springs with the other brands. The springs are breaking all the time.

Very good and strong trampoline.

Easy to install but you need 2 people to set it up.

So I previously posted about a one-year old trampoline which has has springs, mat, and core frame pieces that broke which has created compromised the entire structure. After a chain back and forth of 10 emails over the past few weeks there is still no resolution. It started off with the claim above that it was ünfortuantley that I felt to post public comment prior to the company being able to remedy the situation. The proceed to blaming me, the customer, for the issues (unstable ground, exceeding the weight limit, etc.) without any proof or inspecting the equipment. And it has only become worse with still no resolution. I will post actual exchanges in subsequent posts so the public can decide whether they wish to deal with this level of poor after market service.

So after many back and forth emails, the Salta representative wants me to go through the manual (which he sent to me) and identify which parts are broken or defective. All parts are compromised in my view. And we are in a gridlock.

Lastly, given this exchange is going nowhere I have tried to escalate within the organistion. I was told: "Regarding your request to speak to the supervisor, I inform you that I am the supervisor.
However, this makes no difference in the solution that we as Salta offer."
In any normal organisation, this person would be disciplined.
