Impressive service and fast delivery!
We have a trampoline from salta and had it for 3 years now. We packed it down every year at the winter. But this year one of the net beams broke. We ordered a new one from you (Salta) in Holland and for only 22,25€ including shipping and we got it sent to our door in Danmark in only 5 days.

The customer service has been very reactive and efficient after our order had been canceled without any reason.
They immediately sent us a new shipment, with everything we've ordered, and containing even additional items for free.
Moreover, they made a substantial commercial gesture on the price. Very professional and diligent company.

wrong leg size of trampoline
There needs to be an easy way to measure trampolines. I ended up getting the wrong size legs. They were shipped to a forwarding address and eventually reached me in Dubai. Now I’m stuck with legs I cant use. They cost me close to 100 usd to ship out here and would cost me the same to ship back to you. What waste of money so am gonna chuck them in the garbage’s

It's unfortunate that you ordered the wrong parts and now have to discard them. When ordering parts on our website, we always ask for the item number to ensure that the correct parts are displayed. If the item number cannot be determined, our customer service is available via chat, phone or contact form to order the correct parts. The size of the trampoline can be determined by measuring the diameter from frame to frame.
