I really cannot fault your customer service and your free returns policy makes buying from you a no-brainer! I'm EXTREMELY happy with my Jago boots. Would also LOVE a pair with Swarovski crystals replacing the studs!

Beautiful and comfortable shoes. These navy suede shoes are flat but dressy with their shaped toes and bows. Oh so comfortable too. Pricey but worth it.

I have never been able to wear heels and as a size 42 always struggled to get ones that fitted. I bought a beautiful pair of silver heels from S&G and what a breath of fresh air. They fitted like a glove and were super comfortable and didn't hurt one bit. I'm a convert and whilst a little pricey best investment and will be buying more of these wonderful shoes.

At last I have found good quality, smart shoes that are comfortable and look great! I have hated my huge feet for 58 years and it is so good to finally have found your shoes. I am slowly building up my collection for all occasions.
Some flat, tall leather boots would be great for next winter!

The shoes were of good quality and were packed well, I was excited to try your shoes but unfortunately they were not suitable for me, the shoes pressed on my bunions so I returned for a refund.

On my second pair of Eve heels - a bit pricey but so very comfortable and simply stylish. Had almost given up on heels before I found S&G, now I’m rebuilding the shoe collection!!

The wide fit black chunky loafers I received today were a real disappointment for the £189 price tag. They are definitely NOT an EEE fitting and were a very small size 5. Also I noticed a small spot where the sole was coming away from the shoe which is totally unacceptable at this price point. I have returned them as they definitely didn’t shout quality and comfort for me. I am so disappointed and expected to be overjoyed from the reviews I read. Guess you don’t always get what you pay for. I have purchased a similar pair from Dune for half the price so I will see how that works out.

I had to exchange my shoes and customer service was stellar. My new shoes arrived and although the box was totally destroyed and held together with packing tape, the shoes were fine. As beautiful as the photos and seem to fit well. Cant wait to wear them.

Shipping time is amazing! This is my first time ordering from this company so I wasn’t sure of the sizes, I had to make a few returns, the return process was extremely easy, and my refund was taken care of in a timely manner. I emailed customer service and they answered right away, very friendly, polite, and professional. Now the shoes…. Wow wow wow. The shoes are beautiful, so well made and the x wide width is the real deal!!! The shoes are actually made for wide feet and so comfortable. I only wanted one pair of shoes and I ended up keeping all four pairs!!!! I couldn’t be happier that I found this company. I’m definitely a new customer for life.

Cannot fault the ordering, delivery and return process. The quality of the trainers was 1st class, unfortunately they were just too wide.

I ordered the wrong size and sent them back in exchange for a smaller size. It was easy to return them and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the replacement shoes will fit as they were lovely shoes and apart from being too big they felt very comfortable.

I’m a regular customer and bought the Tandy shoes for my Mother of the bride outfit. The suede is beautifully soft, the shoes are well made and very comfortable. I would get another pair in Cornflower blue if they were available.
