Excellent quality shoes. Lovely design. I find it very hard to find stylish shoes that fit my wide feet. These do - really comfortable and look great. Colour does not match my outfit so exchanging for a different colour. Exchange process easy and no postage costs, very impressed.

Buying clothing, accessories and shoes online can often be a hit-and-miss experience, but the service from this company has been excellent. My sister needed shoes for a formal summer event, so they were a gift from me. They arrived very swiftly, expertly wrapped. My sister’s delighted with the design, colour, material and what she called the ‘comfortable relief’ of knowing she’ll be able to buy elegant shoes in a range of half sizes to accommodate a wider fit. Thanks for helping to make her happy!

Finally I found shoes that fit me!! I just love them! It was quite a bet to order them as I live in EU, and they became very expensive with the tax, but fortunately they were perfect and worth every penny!!
They were also beautifully wrapped , so I felt like cinderella! Thank you!

My shoes are perfect. I wanted something lovely looking and smart but comfortable for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. I am not used to wearing heels and the slight wedge on them gives them height without being uncomfortable Delighted with them.

The Patsy knee high boots are gorgeous! A perfect fit, soft suede and so, so comfortable. A very expensive treat for my feet - luckily the style is a classic and I expect to be wearing these boots for years to come.

Bought shoes and matching bag for a May wedding. So pleased with my purchases - the colour and soft suede fabric are just what I was looking for. The shoes fit perfectly and I should be able to wear them for the whole day & evening dancing without needing to resort to flats.

Absolutely beautiful shoes & so lovely they come in wide widths. The only slight criticism I have is that as they are expensive, I feel the extra wide shoes are not quite wide enough being only slightly wider than the wide width ones & also the choice of extra wide is less than the wide widths. Other than that, a wonderful company! Please consider widening your extra wide shoes, those of us with very wide feet have so little choice of nice shoes as it is!

I wanted a pair of smart, block- heeled boots and purchased the Jenna style. They are extremely comfortable on the footbed and the leather has a lovely sheen. The only negative is they are quite tight above the ankle and it feels as though my lower calves are being clamped by a brace. As the leather is good quality, hopefully it will give. Fortunately, I purchased them in the sale.

Quick delivery and having so often to return so called wide shoes was so delighted with these! Style AND comfort seemed impossible but you provided it. From the first try on couldn’t believe they fit, and even though higher than I normally wear (for an upcoming wedding) they are gorgeous. So happy, as advertised, bright colour, do not look like granny shoes- I’ll be dancing the night away!

Having spent years - and lots of money! trying to find beautiful shoes to fit my problem feet, I’ve found Sargasso and Grey shoes thankfully tick all the boxes! Gorgeous styles and colours, yet uncompromising on comfort and fit, the care taken to ensure ‘shoe happiness’ is evident from the first. I bought my first pair just a few weeks ago (Olivia pumps in lovely green suede), and can’t wait to purchase my next !

This has been such a protracted experience and still waiting for my refund. Customer service is slow to say the least. Can anyone afford to wait weeks for nearly £200!!

Absolutely love these shoes.
Unfortunately they were slightly too big, so it was with a heavy heart they had to go back as they were so beautiful!
Having had a foot operation I was really struggling to find shoes, but Sargasso and Grey shoes saved me!

Beautifully made shoes, very good quality but unfortunately not what I’d call “wide fitting” (for my feet anyway!). The star trainers are lovely but look like a normal high street E fitting when you get them out of the box. I also bought some loafers but again they were too narrow. So both sadly retuned.

However I did buy a pair of sling-back shoes a while ago that were fine and I loved them. So either my feet have changed since then or the ‘lasts’ that are used to create the different shoes are all various widths and it’s a “luck” situation.

I ordered the Penelope shoes and they arrived promptly. They looked fabulous but the left shoe was slightly uncomfortable but I have a bunion and arthritis in that foot. After speaking to customer services I ordered the Phillie to compare the two.
They were much more comfortable for me and looked just as gorgeous.Returning the other pair was simple and straightforward.
They are expensive but so worth it. Thank you Sargasso and Grey.
