Liv Ali e Love the “Krista” shoes I bought. I have bunions and arthritis in both feet and need a wide shoe. I bought theses for my Daughters wedding and hope to wear to multiple events. It is so hard to find dress shoes that are comfortable and stylish! Thank you so much! Well worth the price.

I have short very wide feet. I have wasted so much money trying to find shoes that fit. finally! Success! My first pair but not my last.

Received my shoes this week - size 37 - they are beautiful, very elegant and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

This is the only company that treats customers with wide feat with utmost care and love. All the others I have across produce really ugly atrocious, cheap unattractive designs..
But Sargasso &Grey really took the effort to design beautiful and comfortable shoes that look amazing and expensive even on my wide feet. I wish there were even more designs made I would only be buying shoes from Sargasso. 🙂 highly recommend!

I am due to go on holiday this Monday - 27 March - and had ordered my shoes too late to arrive in time. However, the Customer Services team arranged for a special Saturday delivery - and without demanding payment upfront. They were extremely helpful - and I love my new shoes! I got my wedding shoes from Sargasso & Grey, and I'm so happy with my whole experience. The delivery was quick, and the shoes fit so well. I have really wide feet and now realise that I could've saved myself quite a bit of pain if I'd gotten shoes from here earlier. The shoes lasted the whole wedding day, from noon until midnight, before I had to switch to sneakers. Super comfy! There were some issues with the return of a pair I decided against because of Royal Mail, but Sargasso & Grey were really sweet and nice about it, and made sure it all worked out anyways.

The after sales service is fantastic.
To cut a very long story short , i accidentally returned my shoes to a new look warehouse by having alot of parcels to return , a disgruntled post mistress and my QRG codes got in a muddle and alas between new look and the royal mail i was bereft of my shoes.
Sargasso and Grey although it was entirely my fault have followed and pursued my story to its end and a brand new pair are on the way to me.
Katie has been absolutely amazing and offered support all the way along.
I cant wait to receive my package.

The shoes that I've purchased have got to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Bought a matching bag which is the perfect match. There is a sizing guide on their site if you're not sure about the width of the shoes. Once ordered the items were packaged beautifully and sent really quickly. I would definitely recommend using Sargasso & Grey.

Great company with great customer service and great shoes. I was kept informed about what was going on with my preorder, delivery and returns are very fast, no issues whatsoever. The shoes are extremely comfy and elegant, and I will be ordering from them all the time.

Just received my fabulous shoes having ordered too large a size initially. The returns process was simple and straightforward as was the free exchange - yes, I didn't even have to pay postage for the correct size to be sent to me even though it was my fault. I was kept updated throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and, by the way, the shoes are fabulous - soooo comfortable. Excellent service - thank you!

Perfect. I have not been able to buy pretty shoes for probably 30 years - but due to get married next year. And then I found Sargasso and Grey online and saw their beautiful shoes. Ordered Iris kitten heel in pink shoes. Didn't believe they would fit until they arrived today. I too have (inherited) buniony EEEE feet. I tried them on, and cried. Thank you.

Have just received my beautiful Iris pink kitten heels, they are beautiful, like a lot of other people I have problem feet and a bunion and have found it impossible to buy nice shoes but you have solved all that. I absolutely love the shoes that I bought from Sargassoshoes they are simply beautiful well made and the fact that they come in wide fitting is simply brilliant. Over the years I have found there is limited choice when I want to buy wide fitting shoes and up to now I have never been able to find any beautiful shoes. That has now changed I will be buying more shoes in the future. The customer service is also brilliant which is an added bonus

Having problem feet for some years I had practically given up on ever again finding any dressy and pretty shoes that would fit me without pain and torture! S & G were so helpful with their advice and recommendations - and found me the perfect fitting AVA shoe which is just beautiful - life has begun again! I wore them over Christmas and felt so good. The packing of the shoes is delightful (a box tied with ribbon and a shoe bag inside - luxury!) and made receiving them so special. They provide such a personal and friendly service and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the shoes far exceeds the price and I am totally over the moon with them. I want to be one of the first in the queue for the new colours in this style! Thank you Sargasso and Gray!

Shoes were received well packaged in a gorgeous box and a dust cover for the shoes was included.

The shoes themselves are also lovely - true to size and very good quality. I have had many comments on how lovely they are. They do not look a wide fit at all and the extra little wigg room makes a lot of difference.

I will be purchasing again.
