The bed is absolutely incredible!! What a bargain so comfortable everything was perfect everything was wrapped up nicely and protected on its way here honestly I can’t recommend! Cheap reliable and fast and most importantly perfect!! thank you so much Sarto beds I’m goin to sleep like a baby🙂

Great purchase

Ordered bed on wowcher for a VERY good price...
It arrived with a mattress which was totally unexpected, delivery was fast. Ordered late Friday night, arrived Tuesday morning.
Delivery driver was really friendly.
Now onto the bed...
It was easy to assemble, very sturdy and very comfortable.
Would definitely reccomend

Came within my valid date

Came within my valid date! Lovely stunning bed , easy to put together , soo comfy , they came before there time slot which I was glad about as I was in all day anyway and was just perfect timing! Defo recommend!!

Professional and Honest

We had a little glitch at the beginning as the delivery date got moved. However, I contacted them via WhatsApp, they were very professional and got it all sorted, still to be delivered in time for when I needed it for.
Nowadays people do a lot of business through websites which is great when it works but the proof of how good a business is actually shows when there is an issue to sort out.
Honestly can’t thank them enough for pulling out all the stops to get my bed to me in time. Thank you again !

I have today received my wowcher order…

I have today received my wowcher order and I am so angry and disappointed
when the delivery man brought it through the door I questioned the size of the bed base to the mattress and was assured it was right but as I have tried to assemble it the mattress has a overhang of 10cm on both sides and none of the head and footboard fit because it is intended for a 3ft bed base and the base I have been given is a 2ft 6 base which has left me with no bed for my child and all mismatching parts. I have reached out to the company who have not replied to a single email with proof of the defects

Bought a divan bed via wowcher

Bought a divan bed via wowcher. Had no confirmation or delivery of bed. Emailed twice, sent a message on Facebook and had no reply. When I looked on the website, it doesn’t even deliver to my area. Took my money though!!! Fraudsters!! Do not by from Wowcher or this company.

Item Not as Described & Very Poor Communication

I purchased a bed through Wowcher, but the item delivered is not as described and does not match the product images or description shown on the deal page.

On the day of delivery, once my original time slot had passed, my messages and calls were ignored. I only received a response after I stated that I would be escalating the matter. Prior to this, I checked the company’s website and found a phone number listed in their terms and conditions (01924 445 000). When I called this number, I was told they do not work with Sarto Beds and do not know who they are, which was extremely concerning.

After finally receiving a response, the delivery time was changed from 1:30pm–3:30pm to “around 6pm” after my original time slot, which was very inconvenient. I was also given an incorrect driver number, and any further requests for updates were ignored.

Because the bed is materially different from what was advertised, I have formally rejected it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and am now pursuing a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution!!!

EDIT: as of December 8th I am being ignored by this company so I will be reporting them to the trading standards. My first email to them was December 4th and their response was on December 8th. I responded the same day with the images per their request and they responded on the 8th with one line saying “ It says 24 inch headboard in the description?”. NOTE: the law is that the description MUST match the images regardless of whether the description is factual. They have not responded. Wowcher sent them an email also on December 8th but they have not responded to them at all. DO NOT PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! DO NOT PURCHASE AT ALL!!

Edit no 2: my bed is getting returned and my refund will be provided. Now in touch with Wowcher.

Edit no 3: Sarto beds does not reply to Wowcher. Even after sending them several emails so yes, they purposely ignore people. I cannot wait to be rid of the random bed and this not so orthopaedic mattress and get my refund because this is by far the worst “company” I have EVER dealt with.

No response and mattress very poor quality

I ordered a super king size divan and mattress the delivery men wouldn’t bring the mattress up so I had to do this with my son. The mattress hasn’t even lasted 6 months and all the springs are through on it. I have emailed and received no response and have called numerous times but there is no answer. I have no choice but to go to trading standards.

Reason for one star review is I ordered…

Reason for one star review is I ordered kingsize bed on the 31st December still no response from them in regards to dispatch when contacted through phone number on there site it rings and rings with no answer even emailed both email addresses still no response I’ve taken this matter to the fraud team as I am out of pocket £300 still no bed I’ve also emailed trust pilot main firm to look into this as this firm is fraudulent

AVOID AVOID AVOID Would never order again

Ordered a divan based bed with headboard through wowcher arrived about 10 days after order which was good, opened the base up first looked great, then opened up the headboard it was doubled wrapped great then once opened I slid the headboard through my hands to the floor then realised the staples was not done properly on the back of the headboard and cut through 3 of my fingers, also there is a split in the material of the headboard plus not many staples holding the material on the headboard. Plus they never answer the phone tried for 2 days even wowcher has emailed them 2 days ago and still no reply shocking customer service

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I order a double bed in September 2023. The bed was delivered with broken head board. Today is 22 December 2023 and I am still waiting for a replacement. Poor communication, they don’t respond to emails.

AVOID!!! COWBOYS AHEAD

Terrible communication, low quality products. After attempting to contact them with an issue with my bed, they only bothered replying when I posted a one star review. After realising an error on my part, I agreed to remove the review. Since doing so, the communication has, of course, gone dead. I'm left with a faulty bed and 280 quid out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately a one star is too generous. I bought a bed from Sarto through Wowcher. The bed never arrived. Sarto do not answer the phone. I eventually got a short email reply saying the courier had collected it. The courier(xpd) say Sarto only provided part of the consignment. Neither is doing anything to resolve and Sarto have the money and I have no bed. If is looks like a scam…. Please other buyers be very careful with your money.

Ordered a single grey plush divan bed…

Ordered a single grey plush divan bed and mattress with 2 drawers. Delivered wrong bed a cobalt blue colour which wouldn’t go with anything in my daughters room. Ordered through wowcher, the company don’t answer their telephone or emails!! Shouldn’t be allowed to still trade! Glad I paid via PayPal who arranged a full refund but have been left with a bed and mattress that is of no use and can’t return.

Stay away from company

Stay away from company. I am still waiting for delivery of bed. They will not pick up phone respond to any emails. Cannot even get refund to order from another company. Daughter now sleeping on floor as have no bed. Not acceptable.
