Ordered 26th March and informed delivery would be within 5 working days.

Multiple excuses later, still waiting for my order 4 weeks down the line. Company now ignoring requests for a refund.

Clearly a scam company. Avoid.

We purchased composite decking with savoy timber, ordering and delivery was easy and very swift, communication from Chelsea regarding delivery was excellent and delivery was made on the day stated by Dane who was extremely helpful with unloading and checking everything was correct, poor guy had been on the road since 7 oclock and it was now nearly 9 oclock in the evening and he still had one more delivery to do before having a 3 hour drive back. First class service.
Decking seems excellent quality we have had a sample for some time to test for durabilty etc and seems to be very good.

Chelsea in the sales team was excellent, I explained my project and she provided me with all the necessary items that would be needed, took a lot off my mind and made the whole process from start to finish very easy and stress free! Thanks again Chelsea, amazing service!

I'm surprised this is still operating,, overpriced low grade timber. The staff treat customers as a massive inconvenience, probably due to low staff moral, the staff in the yard can't even break a smile. The Wigan depot must be due a HSE inpection. It's a Heath and Safety nightmare. Obviously profit before customer and staff Safety is the company policy here.

I made a trip to savoy timber Blackpool with my mum, who is looking for some new doors and flooring for her house. We were greeted by a very well mannered lady at the counter, I believe she was called Hollie. Really helpful towards my mum and excellent customer service from beginning to end. She showed us around the showroom upstairs and gave us some advice regarding sizes and availability. We ended up choosing the Sydney doors and we can’t wait to see what they look like in the house. Also, Special thanks to Gary for taking care of us with some free samples of the flooring which we can take home to see which colours we like best. We’ll be back soon to order the flooring. Great shop and excellent value for money. Would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks again 😊

Absolutely outstanding customer service.
I explained to Savoy that my joiner had replaced four internal doors and handles for me (due to unfortunate circumstances, these doors had been purchased from Savoy but had been in storage for a while) on fitting them my joiner discovered that there was one lever missing from one of the boxes of the handles. I emailed Savoy to ask if I could be given a replacement lever, and they very kindly advised me to pop into the Blackpool store and they would give me a full replacement. I was absolutely over the moon. What an absolute top Customer Service team... thank you so very much.. I am extremely grateful 😊 absolute 5 star treatment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered planed whitewood timber for delivery on Tuesday. It turned out that it was not in stock and that the mill had machinery problems .
Jos to the rescue ! Could not have been more helpful . The same day she found same size in Redwood in stock , no additional charge , and arranged delivery the same day . A superstar , wish more had this attitude !

The staff have been extremely helpful when I ordered the wrong size worktop. They were very quick and efficient in resolving the problem for me. Very much appreciated!

drove to savoy timber on talbot road blackpool today to pick up a casa white seven panel glazed door that was suposed to be ready for pick up i had already paid for it six days previous £138.00 when i got there the chap on the front desk took my pink order sheet and sent me to the wharehouse with the words through there pal one of the lads will sort you out oh sorry pal there has been a mistake you will have to come back they have sent the wrong door a white composite no offer of a discount due to my time and fuel for my car just come back when i phone you 12 miles from my preston Address 24 there and back i just could not understand how they got it wrong when it is written down in plain english on the order form (1 CASA WHITE 7 PANNEL GLAZED DOOR) and i get a white composite solidoor delivered ?

Had a large delivery today from Savoy Timber which I had ordered two weeks ago (had no issues with waiting two weeks). Had fantastic service from the driver Dave. VERY helpful, cheerful, friendly and went above and beyond to help put the timber and decking out of the way so that when my young children come home from school they can get into the house easily and don't trip over it. Thank you so much Dave for your help and the chat, you are a amazing.

I had my decking kit delivered by Dave today. He made the delivery timely and offload of decking easy. He was great to speak to and was a credit to the company!
