Hopeless returns process
Hopeless returns process - in spite of stating 30 day hassle free returns on the website it has taken me nearly a month of emails/phone calls (that I received no reply to) to try and get my refund on a returned item (with proof of signed return delivery!) the only means of communication that eventually got my refund processed was live chat.

Great service from Scarva
I recently purchased a Brent pottery wheel from Scarva for my daughter as a gift. She hasn’t received it yet but I am sure it will be amazing! What I know is amazing though is the customer service from Scarva.
The website forgot to add shipping to the invoice for the wheel. We received an email from Scarva to say when we could expect shipping and that they would honour the price and absorb shipping cost. We didn't even realise it had been missed and wasn’t included and appreciate the gesture.

Unable to deliver items . Claim that parcel force need signature and that cannot be changed . Definitely in at times claimed failed delivery . Now I will be charged failed postage and no items .
