Eerst medegedeeld worden dat ik winnaar was van een win actie en vervolgens opeens niet meer. Ten tijde van de actie voldaan aan alle wensen, hoopvol zitten wachten op het pakketje en dan een domper in de mail. Gemiste kans. Ik ben doorgaans trouw en ambassadeur voor bedrijven met mooie producten en goede klantenservice. Voor Scoon dus niet. Tip: lees ook even de Urban Dictionary over de betekenis van Scoon....

I'm in love with Scoon, it's such an easy lovely way of sustainable online shopping.
The site first of all is very user friendly, it looks very clear, luxurious and clean. I love how there's a lot of info and stories about brands and sustainability. Buying is super easy and well done, imediatly after you recieve your order info. Shipping is super quick(I'm from the Netherlands). I really like when I recieve samples to try out, already curious about the samples I've recieved and like to buy for myself now.
Most of all I love the customer service and involvement, even when recieving negative news or complaints.

Good communication about delivery. Clear ethics statements. Nice personalized handwritten message in the box upon opening, I appreciate that extra effort.
