Have used SDL for a level 2 structural…
Have used SDL for a level 2 structural previously and recently for a remortgage valuation, which was carried out by the brilliant Kit. Having experienced a extremely poor valuation previously with a different national surveying firm who I won't name, dealing with SDL was a pleasure, and I won't hesitate to use or recommend them in future

Excellent Re-mortgage Valuation service
Needed a survey valuation for my re-mortgage. Richard was so lovely, arrived on time and respected my home and was very professional. The valuation was sent that same afternoon. I would definitely recommend and will be using again if need be. Thankyou.

Kathryn our Surveyor was amazing
Kathryn our Surveyor was amazing. She was very polite, professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Kathryn even pointed us towards things which we had not noticed before in relation to the house. The results were uploaded on the same day and was in line with our expectation. Can't recommend SDL more and thank you so much Kathryn.
