If you own a home, you know that there is a constant list of things you have to do on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. It's great not having to remember to go out and buy a furnace filter replacement every 3 months, when it shows up at my door, I know it's time to change it. I also like that Second Nature includes refrigerator water filters, another thing I don't have to worry about.

I have mild asthma and recently moved from Washington state to southern Oregon. The climate in Oregon is somewhat drier and dustier than the Puget Sound region in Washington. Customer service is great! Replacing filters is one of those things that’s difficult to remember but needs to be done on a regular basis for cleanliness and efficiency. With the subscription service you never have to think about it again. Your filters are delivered to you door when it’s time to replace them. I highly recommend the service.

So quality wise, it’s okay; not the best on the market, but to be fair it’s only like $12 a month, I replace mine every month because I have 6 in my house plus 3 dogs and a cat so we have lots of dust and allergens, but over all great product ships right to the door and I know to replace it when it shows up, one less thing to worry about. Will continue to use until I’m long gone I’m sure

Never had an issue until my most recent fridge filter delivery - I noticed the filter was a different brand than what I usually get. We all noticed the water did not taste the same. Tasted a bit chalky. We haven’t been able to use it for water . Waiting for the next filter delivery to see if we get the usual brand back.

Before I found Second Nature, I would buy a 6 pack of filters, and always forget to actually install the new one each month. A 6 pack could last be 2-3 Years, causing obvious harm to our home and not helping to keep it clean. Now with the Auto Shipment option, I change the filters ever month when the filters arrive. Our home it healthier and cleaner thanks to Second Nautre.
