Having my filter sent on regular schedule, keeps me from forgetting to change filter.
Its great to not have to worry about…
Its great to not have to worry about when the last time I changed my filter. Smart thermostats are helpful but then I need to add it to my list and go out and grab one from the local hardware store. It shows up, I swap it in and toss the old one and move on. Less stress, no forgetting to replace it, and it arrives on time, every time. Best reminder yet!
Ser and Forget
Very easy to get whatever you may need delivered to your home on a scheduled basis. Literally set and forget. I've been using them for years and have had no issues with my deliveries.
Waste of Time and Money, Cheaper on Amazon
The website says 2-11 days for shipping, what is not made clear is that there is also 3-5 business days for processing. Our order took 3 weeks to finally arrive and upon arrival only 1/2 the order was fulfilled, and not only that the filter was the wrong size altogether. I asked for a refund due to these circumstances and they do not issue refunds? In 2023, there is a business that legit wont give you your money back after completely failing to give you what you paid for. They simply send more filters, which means welcome back to the 3 week wait time and hoping its the right size. Save your time and money and just go order a 4 pack of brand name filters off Amazon and have it delivered to your door on time and for less money per filter. This was a horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Filters do not fit
Filters do not fit. I had used filtrete brand prior which on packaging says size is 19.84 x 29.84 x .78. Ordered a 20x30x1 and the actual sizing on the filter is 19 5/8 x 29 5/8 x 3/4 which is actually smaller, but it doesn't say that anywhere on website when ordering, just that you are ordering a 20x30x1. I asked for a refund which they don't do, only send you out a new shipment of the same size. The first shipment was a foldable kind and then they offered to send me regular kind, but not sure why they would do that if I said it didn't fit, its still the exact same size. I wish I could have received a refund instead.

It’s unfortunate because I once thought it was great. I paused my service because I don’t need filters during summer. Received my first filter of the fall and it showed up in a blank box. I open the box to find an unwrapped, plain white filter. The only marking was the size of it. There was no branding anywhere. It seemed really odd that a business wouldn’t have their name printed on anything let alone the actual product. I reached out and they said they now deliver unwrapped filters for environmental reasons; ok fine. Then they said that in order to get the filters out faster they don’t mark their product with the brand name. Really?? If you check their socials you’ll see the purple box with Second Nature printed on it. You’ll also see the border of the filters are purple with their name on it. Again, zero way of knowing this was their product; unmarked filter in the unmarked box. Even the return address was just a fulfillment center. The response was weak.
Update: I love how their response to my review is all about the planet and to look beyond socials, yet their emails weren’t so environmentally based, aside from why the filter isn’t wrapped. I used their service in the past; I guess they didn’t care about the planet when they had their branding on everything 🤷🏼♂️. Something doesn’t seem right and I’ll say it again, the response was weak.

I liked this brand a lot in the past but I made a mistake purchasing a filter and since I already received it, they don’t accept returns. Buy from Amazon or a home depot in the future. Similar prices and they accept returns

Horrible customer service
This company claimed I signed up for a subscription service (which I did not) and then sent me a filter which is the wrong size and would not give me a refund. I don't care how much tracking they supposedly have on my order their customer services is the worst. Would never give them any business in the future.

What's the point??
This might just be the most pointless service I've ever encountered. I thought they would be setting up the services on the phone. If I give information that they pass on to the utility company, I don't understand why this is easier than going directly to a utility company website and setting it up myself.
I feel like I'm in the movie Officespace. "What would you say you do here?"

What a super service
What a super service! I get filters every three months, I do t have to remember to go to pick them up. The price is the same as the big box home improvement stores. I highly recommend the service. And now water filters for my refrigerator? Wow!

Super Convenient for changing your filters on a regular schedule, same price you would pay at the store but they’re shipped directly to your house so you don’t have to remember when was the last time you changed them. Also great for odd sized filters that are normally hard to find or require trying multiple home improvement stores! All around great company to do business with!

I always forget how long my filters have been in. Love that I do not have to now. They arrive when I need to change the old ones and I am good to go. Good quality and service.
I just needed to replace the air…
I just needed to replace the air handler portion of our HVAC unit. The new equipment came with a factory filter. The HVAC installers recommended that I continue to use my Second Nature filter as it is a much better filter and better for the system. Good value for the price and comes on-time for regular replacement.
I love this reliable company!
I’m so glad that we signed up with Second Nature because it takes the guess work out of remembering when I last changed my filter. We have been with them for at least 8 years and they are so reliable and when I call I speak with a live person, when I email it is quickly answered which makes me feel valued.
