Awful Customer Service
I finally received my filters only to get the wrong sizes. Tried calling and, of course, no one answered so sent an email a few days ago and another yesterday with no response. All I want is the correct sizes that I ordered.

So frickin' easy!
Wow, I love this service. I never used to remember to change my air filters but now they just show up. Legit could not be easier. I tried to get my filters on amazon but have to order cases of them and never remember to change them. Thanks, Second Nature - you have a customer for life!

An excellent subscription service for those who need a reminder to change their filters!
I am an incredibly forgetful person. I'm embarrassed to even say how long I've gone between changing my air filters. Getting them shipped to me reminds me to change them on a schedule and I've noticed a remarkable difference in how often I need to dust. I love that they also have less common sizes as both my filters are difficult to find in store. I recommend this subscription service to everyone.

I love Second Nature and I have been using them for years and they are right on time with the shipment and it keeps me on schedule when it time to change my filters. So convenient and if there is ever a problem, they have great customer service as well.

I love Second Nature's quality filters. I don't even have to think about changing our filters anymore. The filters arrive on a schedule!! Second Nature will also remind you beforehand in case you've forgotten. Absolutely fantastic service!!!

Convenient service for disabled
I am thrilled to have Second Nature delivering my air condition filters. I am disabled with a tramatic brain injury as It is really difficult for me to remember to change my filters. Now I don't have to worry and everything is better in my condo.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong filter, and not only did they help me order the correct one, they did not charge me for my mistake. I love that when the filters arrive I change them knowing I am doing it timely.

I don't have to set reminders anymore
I don't have to set reminders anymore. My filter shows up and I change it and never have to think about it.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. My shipment was supposed to arrive last week and fedex told me To call the shipper so they could file a claim. I have emailed and texted for multiple days, multiple times and have still not been helped. The whole reason I chose this business was for the convenience factor - this is the exact opposite. Canceling my subscription.

Great concept lacking customer service
Love the concept and products bit their customer service is lacking. I've been asking for 2 days if someone can tell me if my filter has shipped and only have the option to submit the question on their website. 48 hours later after multiple requests I still have no response.
Poor Customer Response and service
Poor Customer Response and service. They follow up ( eventually) with an automatic email….. Promise to fix the problem and NO followed. I have cancelled my service and found there are many other ways to conveniently get air filters
