Respuesta de Secret Halo
We are so sorry to hear the item wasn't as you'd expected. Some customers have liked the unusual effect of the matte gold plating, but we appreciate this is not to everyone's taste. You're more than welcome to return the item for a refund under our returns policy. We always try to include as much detail as possible in the product's description.
