Happy enough with my cover but felt the sales process was a little bit pushy. I also took the call while I was at work as I didn’t know who was calling aka what started out as a couple of questions turned into a phone call in excess of 30 mins, going through a full apply at an inappropriate time. Nobody bothered to check if it was a good time for me.
