rubbish company
I had a really disappointing experience with Secure4Life. From the start, communication was poor — it took ages to get a response, and when I finally did, the information given was unclear and unhelpful.
What made things worse was the way I was spoken to over the phone. The staff came across as rude, impatient, and dismissive, as if my questions were an inconvenience rather than something they should be helping with. It felt very unprofessional and left a really bad impression.
The service itself didn’t meet expectations either. What was promised didn’t match what was delivered, and it felt like once they had my business, the level of care dropped completely.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. There are definitely better, more reliable options out there.
