Phoned Secure Trust
Phoned Secure Trust. After selecting a couple of options put through to a customer adviser straight away - no AI, no waiting. Talked me through the app sign in procedure slowly and calmly, offering options. Can't fault this service. Other financial insitutions should follow this example.

Text messages for login dont work
Despite logging support tickets, the text messages necessary to log on dont work, so every communication has to be by phone.

Interest rates are usually very good
Interest rates are usually very good. I've always been satisfied with the service.
Only issue in the past was a joint account which we found difficult to operate due to both permissions always being required.

Logging in problems
The main problems have been in logging in. These have always been more difficult than other websites. They are always accompanied by a mass of irrelevant rubbish text after the message, slowing things down.
More recently I found myself repeatedly logging in to a bogus website, imitating Secure Trust but with minor changes to the logo. It took a 1-hour phone call to a helpful receptionist to achieve my aims.
