It was not very clear about the interest I needed to have been paid into my nominated account. Instead of all the interest, I only had the interest for the year paid. It should be made clear

Easy to deal with via the simple app.
Very quick transfers, both in and out of the account and generally good interest rates.
However, my only gripe would be that, as the interest rates drop on your savings account, they do not let you know that they have newer versions of the account that pay better rates. You have to find that out yourself 🙁

We found the requirements to withdraw funds was much more time consuming than with other banks.

Professional did exactly what they said

Isa matured on 12th. Had already done a transfer requst to move to Vanquis. Phoned on 14th as money had not move. Spoke to a WFH female (with child in background) only to be told money going today to Icici !!!!. Queried immediately, put on hold and when eventually came back told its a mistake will go to Vanquis today but will take 3 / 5 days to reach new account. When questioned over time span the line was cut off (seeing to child again ??) All this took over 11 minsutes
Phoned back and got a young man actually working in the office, sorted it all out within minutes and told money woulld go today and be with Vanquis today. After 4 hours received a text from Vanquis money in my new account. 11 out of 10 for the young man
Just goes to show WFH does not work especially when you are looking after children at same time and would appear giving them more attention than customers

ISA money going into an access account for a couple of days before transfer to new supplier

I found the account reasonably easy to set up, I also downloaded the app which is very useful for keeping track of your savings. I was kept informed nearing the end of my savings period with information of new accounts with competitive interest rates.
