When speaking to the STB employee and providing all the information she asked me for, I then expressed a wish to authorise my husband to continue the conversation with her on my behalf as he manages the finances in our household. This should have been adequate information for her to then continue the conversation with him. Instead, she felt it necessary to quiz me about the reason as to why he manages my side of the finances. This was intrusive and out of order. I was not impressed.

The interest rate was competitive but my only complaint is that when the fixed rate came to an end and I was offered a new fixed term rate, no where did it say how much I'd earned interest. Had to take away my old balance from my new balance to work it out. Other than that, everything was fine

When I needed to change my ISA, it was very easy to put it into Secure Trust Bank

Teephone contact re transfer of ISA to another provider was dealt with speedily, efficiently and
in a pleasant manner.

Communication with the bank is easy and efficient. The only negative about the savings product I have is that when the interest rate increases, it only applies to news customers/applications so you have to manually open the new Issue of that account and transfer over funds from the old Issue that you have. It would be better if the rate just increased on the existing Issue.

An excellent company, easy to work with. Regretfully they dropped behind on the interest rates.

Renewed my Fixed Rate ISA. Easy process with good communication throughout.

The phone was answered promptly and the staff member was very helpful taking me through the procedure to renew my savings bond using the online portal.

Really can't fault this bank. I am a savings customer. Saving rates are good and when I have had to phone to get something sorted it has gone well. Only small criticism is that occasionally the interest certificates for tax can be incorrect.

Great app. Easy to negotiate between accounts. Competitive interest rates.
