DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Tried to cancel the membership I didn’t sign up for TWICE. First month I overlooked it because I didn’t contact them till after I saw the charge went through and I could squeeze it into my budget. THIS MONTH caused an overdraft on my account and an NSF fee for 2 of my bills.

If they had good PR (which they don’t) they’d at least refund my money.

I know their customer service sucks, because I bought a portable charger from them and that’s what started all this mess. It took almost a month to get them to refund me for it because it was a useless piece of crap. It charged my phone once and then wouldn’t even take a recharge itself. It’s now making a paperweight on my son’s desk at work. When people ask to borrow it he tells them why it’s there and not to purchase anything from Select Basics.

I was worried it might be a scam but great product at a good price.

Well pleased with this purchase and delivery. The mobile phone bracket for automobile was a birthday present for my husband, and he really likes the way it holds his phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't buy from this Company. As stayed in other reviews they add on a $29.99 monthly charge. Product was plastic and did not fit unless I bought other attachments..Very cheap products and deceptive advertising.

Don't do it! This company surreptitiously sneaks in Hidden charges and a $29 a month membership that is hidden in the fine print! They also conveniently sneak in some special handling and other charges, which almost doubled the amount of my order! Needless to say I canceled and will hopefully not need to dispute the credit card charge! I absolutely refuse to do business with any company that engages in these types of sleazy practices to sell their wares!
UPDATE: Now they want ALL my info, phone #, transaction #... this is all a ruse. They know who I am & can look-up my transaction with my email address (they did when I phoned for a refund). Yes I got a refund & they better not charge me again for this subscription I never intended to sign up for. AND... regardless of what this company's response happens to be, I encourage readers to look at their other reviews and complaints about the same exact issues! In legal terms this is called prima facia evidence *it speaks for itself!

Just to receive the product was a blessing with all the scamming going on.

Don't buy from these company, later they will charge you $29 on your account and they will not return it to you if you ask!! They like to rob from people!! I told them I am on a fixed income and can't afford it and needed a refund and they didn't care and did not return my money. 😡 I will never order from them again.

The phone holder is true to the presentation you have of this product in your website. It works as you advertised it. I will continue to purchase more products as time goes by. Delivered on time. Very profesional and positive experience. Thank you very much.

Regular cell phone holders do not stay on the dash as when the sun hits the windshield it loosens the mount holders and you can never get it to stay back on the phone and dash or windshield holder but this new one is so awesome and it does not move at All . Thank you for this cell phone holder. Also I have one for my Garmin GPS and it definitely does not move or fall of my dash or window. Thank you for inventing this wonderful holder

Ordering was easy. The price was great. Order arrived in a timely manner. Love the cables and so do my husband and daughter. No more bent cable cords.

I'm a homemaker with 4 kids and I been searching for a razor just like this one. It perfect just the way they describe. I bought 3 from Amazon but they were not the best. I was on instagram and I seen this video about the viral razor that doesn't cut you. And I click on the link and it took me to selectbasics.com
Never heard of it buy reading the review I trust it. I would recommend everyone to check out that site .The delivery is just any other service couple of days
