Service was great, choose to send the laptop for an additional £5 on top of my quoted purchase price. My laptop was tested and passed within 3 business working days when they received my laptop. Payment was quick, I was payed the following next working day.
I would used them or recommend them if I want to sell a laptop again. Excellent service and honest company.

Useful to know there is a business like this who purchased my second hand laptop. I didn’t need to go to a shop, I just needed to pack it all up and they provided a pre paid postage label to drop off at my local Post Office.

Very easy to use service. I picked the option for collection from my home. The laptop was collected on Monday. I received updates when the laptop arrived with them, and when it was undergoing inspection. On Thursday I had an e-mail to provide my payment details, and payment was in my account within an hour. Very helpful company. Would be happy to use again

They quoted a reasonable price compared to their competitors. Sent me a box and bubble wrap and arranged pick up with Parcel force. Pretty good and straight forward. Quote to cash deposit process took 2 weeks ish. Called a few times to chase updates but were responsive.

I was wondering if there was a website to sell my old laptop. By chance did a Google search and by chance found this company. This site operates as the same as recycling your old phone etc. It is easy to go through the stages to tell them what laptop you have and the spec you have and once complete they will collect and check the specification of your laptop to see if it matches. I have to say the process is easy to do and you get swift payment once they have done their verification checks. Great company and will use them again.

After a very poor experience with music magpie I stumbled across these guys. I was originally looking at selling a laptop but noticed they also buy iPads. The offer was a lot less than the above but I was happy with the price. They checked and sadly offered a little less. However what makes this great was the clear explanation and the generous sub offer I will be using them again

Easy to register and great price offered for a very old laptop. Easy to send off.
Managed to forget password and reset didn't work. Slow response and needed a reminder to pay up, 3 weeks later. Disappointed as so many reviews were positive.

The reply from sell my laptop is irrelevant as I didn't sell a Mac to them. The issues highlighted still require attention.

I got a new laptop and was having an older laptop sitting around, thought why not sell it to someone but was getting very low price that it didn't felt like selling, so I kept the old laptop, but there was no use of it. Don't know how, but I stumbled upon sell-my-laptop and they offered awesome value for the laptop that I couldn't refuse. I immediately got the quote and was picked by next day, I got a call from them that laptop was as described and they finalized my payment which I got within minutes after the call. It was a very smooth process. Wish I could sell everything like that. :)
