I am now able to give a good review of this company. What happened was the fault of another company Synergy works with. But I had to wait from the end of January to 11/3/26 for things to be resolved despite my many phone calls.

Appear friendly and honest and do what they say.

Professional advice and prompt and skilled fitting. Helpful telephone advice after installation. Only thing lacking for the solar charger is the sun.

The operative was efficient pleasant and polite

from the initial phone call to send someone to check the meter finding it was not working, to the installation of a new one was a week ,issac started the ball rolling Monday and Tuesday nick and Kate came installed the meter cleaned and bird netted the panels all with utmost curtesy and professionalism

Kieron was on time, polite, pleasant and kind particularly in the way he kept me informed of all he was doing and why, this gave me confidence. So far everything is working perfectly. He left everything clean and tidy before leaving.

Simon was on time and quickly started fitting the battery. he was knowledgeable, neat and tidy. he answered all my question, sometimes dumb questions, with patience humour and accurately. p ho[pr we will meet him again. thank you Simon.

Whilst after previous poor experience with solar energy providers, we have found Synergy’s advice and recommendations to be sound backed up and demonstrated by their solid and effective customer service.
They understood both our concerns and nervousness after previous experience from rogue traders as well as the need to protect the initial investment and enhance our solar energy system..

The experience of supplying and fitting equipment was both timely and fuss-free.

As this is an agreement, dated 21 January 2026, to service my 12 number solar panels which showed a fault that needed rectifying immediately, its too early to give a meaningful review.
