The staff who.handled my enquiry, assessment and questions were really friendly and helpful. The engineer who installed our stairlift was Carl. He was friendly, polite and extremely careful, thorough and considerate Nothing was too much trouble for him. Even in the incredibly hot 35 degree heatwave he never stopped working or lost concentration. I have no hesitation in recommending Senior Stairlifts as a reliable company with quality products and helpful friendly office staff and in particular their engineer Carl who is a credit and assett to the company. I hope he is awarded a bonus as a reward.😄

My wife needed a stairlift I found a more than a few on the web I had four quotes and went for Senior Stairlifts. All the three of the people that came where polite friendly we had no pressure form Andrew who gave us the quote nice guy. David came and to take the measurement and many photos friendly chap. Today Jordan came to fit the Thyssen Krupps Flow X it took him about 4 hours to fit and explain everything. He did a fantastic job polite and good worker. My wife is so pleased we now have a stairlift.

I’d like to say that from the start that the Company and the guys who did the survey were absolutely brilliant, we wasn’t able to have a stairlift as the nature of our house didn’t allow it, they tried their best ( no hard sell whatsoever)to accommodate our stairs but not to be, please ring this Company as personally I wasn’t able to use them but you may be able.

My mother needed to replace her old stairlift in order to maintain her independence. We had a very prompt reply from the company and measurements were taken shortly afterwards. We had useful information as to how the track would be safer than the old one. The installation of a reconditioned stairlift took place with work done by Dougie. He explained how to use the lift so my mother was very confident she could operate it safely. Prompt service, good advice and safety and reliability are what we wanted. Dan phoned back to check that the stairlift was operating correctly. Very good communication from all staff we spoke to.

Darren the fitter was a lovely man.
He fitted the stair lift faster than expected.
He showed me how to use it and made me feel safe and confident before he left.

Carl Besambeau was really helpful in the whole project, starting with a careful photographic survey in close detail, and ending with stepping in for a colleague on sick leave to install the lift, working on a Friday til 7:30, and providing a full explanation of how it all worked. We're very pleased with the result.

Steve arrived about11-30 finished by 13-15 ,done a fantastic job left everything spotless and tidy ,would certainly recommend ,very cheerful ,explained everything to me in plain english

My stairlift was fitted today by David R very happy with stairlift and David very nice man, felt very comfortable with both. David showed me how to operate the stairlift a few times to make sure I was able to operate correctly.

The engineer, David, was efficient and friendly and the whole measuring up excercise went smoothly.
Both the original surveyor , Andy, and David were excellent.

THAY SENT SOME ONE OUT TO LOOK AT MY LIFT LAST DECEMBER I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE CIRCUIT BORD WICH WOUD COST ME OVER £600 IM A DISABLED PENSIONER I SEAD NO WAY I COUD NOT AFORD THAT AMOUNT OF MOUNY THAY CHARGED. THAY STILL TOOK £180 IN CALL OUT CHARGE. I GOT MY IN TOUCH WITH MY LOCAL AUTHORITIES . WHO SENT SOME ONE OUT HE SEAD IT WAS THE BATTERY AND CERTAINLY NOT WHAT THAY HAD SEAD .. THAY ARE LIYING SCAMMERS THE MAN THAY SENT OUT ALSO COME IN TO MY BEDROOM UNINVITED DISGUSTING. .DONT USECTHIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THAY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF UR MOUNY ITS DISGUSTING ROBBING PENSIONERS .THE MAN THAY SENT OUT STUNK HORRABALL AND SHOULD NOT HAVE HAVE COME IN TO MY BEDROOM. Dealt with online - sent pictures got a quote and arranged the decommissioning. They arrived promptly, the engineer Carl, did an excellent job and left the place neat and tidy. Would recommend as other companies were just going to charge for removal. Was paid the agreed amount on completion.
