Do not order anything from this Company. Everything is as the bad reviews say . I wish I had read them before placing an order. The site is difficult to use and easy to make mistakes. When they eventually arrived the fit was two sizes smaller than their chart. Returning an item it is extremely difficult and you are charged £5 to put it back into stock. After 3 months another dress was sent also too small. Given up and sent it to Charity

Extremely poor experience – I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

The product quality is very low. The dress is made from cheap polyester, looks nothing like expected and is absolutely not worth the price.

The returns process is even worse. The website presents itself as a UK-based business (UK domain, UK contact details, UK address), which creates the clear impression that you are buying from a UK retailer. However, when you try to return an item, you are told to send it to China at your own expense, which is extremely costly.

This crucial information is not made clear during the purchase process, which I consider misleading.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for several days, and no fair solution has been offered. Instead, I was given unrealistic return conditions or pushed towards store credit.

I have now raised a formal dispute with Klarna and contacted Citizens Advice, and the case will be referred to Trading Standards.

If you are considering ordering to try the item and possibly return it, be aware that returning it may be very difficult and expensive.

In my opinion, this is a dropshipping business model with poor product quality and problematic return practices.

I do not recommend this company.

So I read all the bad reviews of this company and I was nervous because I had already ordered but I have to say my package left right away, shipped free, shipped exactly when it said it would, well packaged and the product seems well made.
So there, internet douche bags.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. You will get and be charged for more than you ordered AND they will not accept the return.

The item delivered is completely different from what was advertised and what I ordered. The quality, design, and overall appearance do not match the product description or images shown on the website. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

This company is AWFUL - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scammers - the dress I bought was so so cheap looking and terrible quality and they would not refund me. It is a scam as comes from China so takes ages to come and then is awful quality when it does come and you cannot get a refund. TERRIBLE !!!

refused refund when i'm within the 28 days, can't reply to them via email so you can't even communicate with them properly. quality looked like it came from a backstreet market, disgusting i wouldn't even try it on. do not waste your time or money here !

Don't use this website. It's terrible quality, and they provide NO REFUNDS. Only online store credit. Even they know it's terrible quality, as they offer a 'return option' that means you keep what you bought, and in return, you get store credit to buy more terrible clothes.

I’d give it zero stars if I could!
I ordered a brown dress for £80, they sent me a red dress and are now refusing to give me a refund - it’s not even what I ordered!! Poor quality and even if they had sent the right colour I would’ve been highly disappointed.

Like many others, I wished I checked the reviews before purchasing from this website. Items are shipped from china, no tracking available and from what I’ve read the dresses end up being cheap imitations of what they use for picture advertisements.

I frustratingly bought a dress a month ago, no shipping info sent and order was said to be delivered to my address at 11pm at night. I do not know any couriers that operate during these hours. Needless to say no parcel was delivered. I sent several emails across to customer service, which was met was automated “sorry you feel this way but our courier said this parcel was delivered’ responses. When asked for proof of delivery, they sent me a picture of a receipt saying ‘delivered’ no photo, signature or anything. Ridiculous.

I am so shocked this website is still operating with all the negative reviews it is obvious it is a scam. I will be disputing via my bank and will be reporting to trading standards and encourage others to do the same.

Please do not purchase from here. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. Wasted over 100 pounds on a dress. Was threes sizes larger than me when it came. I am unable to process a refund on card payment - they will only give me credit note and I have tk pay for delivery. The dress came 3 weeks late. Awful horrible service!!! Disgusting and immoral

Awful awful website. Do not use. Complete scam. Ordered a dress for an event took 2 weeks to arrive. It was way too big. Because they offer free returns we reordered the smaller size and thought we’d get a refund for the larger dress. Oh no. They only offer store credit despite using the term refund all over their site. Of course the 2nd dress arrived too late for my daughter’s event anyway. Over £100 completely wasted!!!

this is a scam. Do not purchase from them. They withdrew £90 from me and then sent what appeared to be fake shipping updates and Royal Mail tracking emails. Do not share your bank details with them. This website needs to be taken down as soon as possible to prevent others from being affected.”

AWFUL SCAM WEBSITE! Terrible AVOID! Not based in the UK, send faulty products not like the listing and refuse to refund any money. Reported to Bank and trading standards.

I WISH I LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS!!! Website is a complete scam, I ordered 2 potential wedding dresses they sent me items that look nothing like the website, one item completely see through and the other had lots of loose thread hanging out and a broken zip, I contacted customer services and asked for them to arrange a return and refund and after days of waiting they responded and said they will only offer store credit. Do not trust them. They also present as a uk store with the website email address and names of customer service agents however my money was sent to Bulgaria and items were shipped from china and the agent certainly isn’t called Lucy Harris!!! Complete fraud I am going through a report with my bank to take this further
