Wish I had read reviews on here first! Like other reviews say this is a scam website. I ordered a dress which was advertised as rrp £85 but on sale for half price, dress took weeks to come when arrived it is cheap quality looks like something you would get from shein. The website appears to be in the uk but is actually in china. The picture of the dress on the website I have now found on a designer website so they are obviously taking pictures from there and using them to try and sell cheap tat which is fraudulent! I paid via PayPal so have opened a dispute with them

I ordered a dress which took over 3 weeks to arrive - the event which I had ordered the dress for came and went. When the dress did arrive it was the wrong dress, when I contacted the company they told me that they couldn’t refund or return my dress and originally offered me a 20% refund. After a lot of emails I had to settle for a 60% refund which after 2 and a half weeks of confirming has still not come back to my bank account.
The company is awful - despite the fact that they had sent me the wrong dress they would not let me return it or refund it fully.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances.

Absolutely criminal. Poor quality items which you're told are 100% refundable but you need to email them to get a refund form. This refund form never materialises and you end up in a senseless exchange in which they keep offering random percentage refunds and offering store credit. I finally got given an address I could return the item to but as it's tracked shipping to Asia, it would have cost over £20 so I finally accepted the 50% refund to put an end to the nonsense.

I've also reported them to meta for violating advertising standards.

I wish I had read the reviews. Still waiting for the item, the event I needed the dress for has long gone. Emailed the company everyday and although they do reply. They just thank you for your patience, and ignore all other comment.

Have had to open a PayPal case.

It’s a shame I can’t add any negative stars here. Low quality and nothing like advertised. When requested to return the dress was told I need to cover the shipping cost to Asia or keep the low quality piece for 25% refund. I did not agree so they offered 45% and no longer responding to emails.

Do not purchase from this website, unable to return for full refund, even when this stinks of smoke, is nothing like purchased item & is such bad quality. I will be taking this further if not provided with a full refund asap.

Extremely cheap material and when trying to return it costs over £20 as they only accept it if it is tracked to Asia! Then when you try to work with their customer service team you get no where. It is illegal how they are false advertising and completely against tradinh standards.

Do not order from this website, multiple times I have asked for a refund and they keep offering 30% and store credit, the quality is horrendous and the smell is awful. They are clearly using images from another brand, I have found which brand and will be contacting them to let them know they are using their images, would give 0 stars if it was an option

Worst quality material. It takes 1 month for the product to arrive and it doesn’t fit the way it’s advertised.

When you ask for a return form they only give you the option of 20% return at your own cost. This is ridiculous!

Unreal they are allowed to sell their products! Two piece outfit arrived 1)stinking of smoke
2) in the incorrect colour
3) cheapest nastiest material mot at all as advertised
4)the trousers literally are half way up my legs!
After chasing them online through the contact function and via email they say i can return the product at my own cost tracked to china for a 20% refund!!
Or I can keep it and have 30% back and be kind to the environment 😂. What an actual joke!!!

I’ve emailed for refund,I’m being ignored. Not to mention the falls advertising, the clothes aren’t coming from UK but from Asia and takes 20 days for delivery!

Scam website, using pictures from Nadine Merabi website and the dress I have just received is shocking. Very thin and tiny with the cheapest material ever.

Do not order from this SCAM site!! Bought an outfit for £40 was reduced from £80! Looks nothing like the photo! I’ve emailed and if you do not accept my return for a refund which is illegal if not! I will be taking this matter further! DO BOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I would ignore their fake rrustpilot widget of 5 stars from 2500 customers that clicks through to nothing.
When questioning them on this false advertisement they said they would look into this. The fake widget is still there.
After over 2 months I finally have a credit note for thw 2 god awful dresses that turned up but there has been ALOTA OF BACK AND FORTH. Now I am stuck with a credit note that I can only use on full price items when nothing on their site is full priced.
The company is a litteral scam

Cheap horrible clothing. Material not as des river colour sent not what ordered. Should learn by now not to purchase off Instagram comes from China and you cannot return.

I'm hoping for a response however I might as well thrown £40 in the street. Clothes are cheap and Nasty. Stick to shein for a bargain. The quality is nothing like the image. Do Not waste your hard earn cash. Returns are to Asia! Awaiting a response for details of refund. I wish I'd have read the reviews prior.

I wouldn’t give a star if that was an option. They put out a dress discounted down to £49. Of course disclaimer, items on sale are not returnable. I didn’t read that was my bad. It also arrived after 19 days of ordering.

So this one star review is the fact that I wanted to return because the dress looked nothing like how it was advertised. STAY AWAY!!!
