Absolutely awful. Photos are nothing like the items when they arrive, sizing is wrong. Trying to return and there is no response from customer services. Not only that, the small print for returns is a store credit only. Buyer pays return postage and a restocking fee. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Website is a scam that uses product images from other websites. I bought a dress that looked completely different to the image on the website, it was terrible quality. When I asked to process a return I was told it would be subject to a ‘restocking fee’ of £25, and not only that but I was then ignored when I asked for a returns label. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Scam! Scam! Terrible customer service. Try to return items that did not fit. The promise is that returns are free and easy .. requested return label since the 25th Sept one day after receiving my order from Senselle. I am still waiting for the label to be sent to me. It’s over a month now I have sent several emails to support and no one has bothered to reply . It’s still showing that my request is being processed. Also they lied when they say that returns are free I paid £169 for the items and they only intend to refund back £119 the difference is being held back as restock charge .. this was never explained in the agreement.also why am I still waiting for returns label .. this company is a scam… their dresses are low quality fabrics very misleading from the pictures and they clearly have no intention of refunding for the crap that they sell.

Do not trust this company! The goods do not arrive when they say, and that is because they are coming from China, although you cannot find that information on their website and the return address is in the UK.
They say you have free returns, but the fact that you will not get a refund for returned goods, only a store credit, is not made clear at all, and you have to read all the small print to find this out. They say 5 to 8 days for delivery, my order is past that, and the tracking is now showing it has just left China!

Refused to answer my emails and refund me for £200+ of dresses.

No response from customer service. Unable to return because of difficulties with their returns processing form.

They have never delivered the item and I was unable to get in touch with anyone from their team. Luckily I received the money back through my bank, but it's definitely a scam.

Tried to return item as it wasn't going to turn up in time. Under there 30 day policy. Requested a return but no reply now. Would avoid at all cost.

I ordered 2 handbags from this company when they arrived they didn’t look like the photos . They were cheap faux suede .i have contacted them re returning one of them as the other one I gave to charity .i have sent 2 emails requesting a return with no reply .their customer service is terrible .i would never buy from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone else

Do not buy from here, absolute con. I have emailed mulitple times and they do reply, I have also used instagram to try and contact them and no reply. Paid £110 for two dresses that were like black sacks, awful material and will never ever be buying from them again.

I paid £121.90 to this company, and when I requested a return, they set completely unrealistic conditions.

They demanded photos to ‘prove’ the items were too big (yes, that’s what they required), and on top of that, they wanted to deduct £25 from my refund just to relist the items online.

Despite these demands, they never provided a return label and ignored all my emails.

I have lost my money and strongly warn others to avoid this scam.

I bought a dress from this company and, foolishly, did not check Trust pilot. The dress cost nearly £100 (it was double that, full price). When it arrived the quality was not very good quality (the dress that the model wore in the pictures was clearly a different one). It was also not the same as the measurements on the website. I bought it in my normal size and could not get it anywhere near done up. I think it was at least three sizes smaller. I requested an exchange for a larger size (I had bought the dress for an event and felt that I didn't have time to start again). Despite filling out the form on the website, I didn't receive a confirmation of the exchange. I have since emailed the company, submitted two forms on their website and requested a refund. I haven't heard anything from the company. I don't normally buy from websites like Senselle and now I know why... they're a complete rip-off. I've looked up their address and their based in either Bulgaria or Russia (it's hard to find specifics) so my credit card will not protect the payment. I am £100 out of pocket and fear that I will not see it again.

Avoid shopping from them, the dresses arrived late so couldn’t use them for the occasion and now being hassled for the return. There is absolutely no response to multiple return requests !

Awful company do not order from here!!! Ordered dress, didn't fit and requested refund. Sent dress back following all instructions, nothing has been refunded since. Have tried on multiple times to get money back but totally being ignored!

The customer service is shocking, I have been emailing over and over to return the items and not had a return label and you have to pay £25 to return the items.

I haven’t even opened the parcels but struggling to return the items.

I was offered to keep all the items and get store credit, so once you buy there products that’s it you got to keep it by the looks of it.

Do not buy from here. Ordered 2 dresses for Glastonbury which had despatch of 2-3 days. Was informed of ready for despatch 3 weeks later - ask them to not send the dresses as no longer needed then. They insisted on sending them saying they would be easy to return. As soon as I got them I initiated the return which was obviously not easy and at my own expense. They have been stuck in customs for weeks in Bulgaria, no response from customer services at a loss of £200. Total scam!

DO NOT ORDER from this awful so called company. Purchased a dress for £135 received dress. Ok dress but it wasn’t suitable for me and different to the image on the site. Requested refund which was rejected. Offered 30% refund and keep product and they would send another dress of my request. I posted item back to china with tracking. Status received but no refund or correspondence. Several emails sent and been ignored. Save your money and shop elsewhere with a genuine company who do not scam people.

My bag I bought and made a previous thumbs down review has been thrown in the dustbin £45 down the drain It was posted from an address in Staffordshire but the man who replied to my email about the state of affairs said it had to be posted back to china at my expense He also told me my photographs of the offending piece was conversant with the on site illustration There was no mention of bad workmanship, scrunched seams, badly misshapen look and the opening not staying shut when something small was put into it .. THEY SELL ABSOLUTE MADE IN CHINA RUBBISH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Tried to purchase a pair of diesel aviators for £33.99 - used the Paypal app. When I opened the app for confirmation of payment mr David Jenkins wanted ¥829200 which equates to over £4000.00 - keep away from this charlatan scoundrel thieving mofo

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this site .. The bag I ordered came within a few days, the packaging was good .. but when I saw the product I couldn’t believe how they could possibly sell such rubbish
It was misshapen and one of the seams was crumpled Not fit for purpose .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE .. Will I get my money back .. Who knows
