Horrendous customer service. Inadequate information on their sales pages with no warning every item is different in size. You have to click through links to find this information which is not helpful at all. I purchased two items of the same size YS expecting them to be around the same size - one fits fine and the other is 3 sizes too big and looks like a dress on him despite being the same size category. Her response summarised - it’s your fault you should know they are different sizes as they are different fits but the variance is not reasonable and nothing on the sales to advise all items are sized differently. Slight difference is expected but not by a variance of 3 sizes. No offer of any compensation or help due to it being personalised - not even free postage and a sassy attitude from the cantankerous lady looking after customer service. Absolutely disgusted with their company values and approach to customer service.

£35 for a shirt, plus £3.50 for a number (which is a bit odd, given the number is part of the sublimated print so doesn't involve any extra materials, etc). A quick email to them to ask if there was any stretch in the material to check what size to buy to go over hockey GK kit was met with a suggestion to buy sample sizes at 50% (with the "promise" to refund if returned in saleable condition) but no answer to the actual question. Didn't have time for that, so took a gamble, it does have stretch so would probably be OK... but one wash and it has self-destructed - with the hem to the bottom of the shirt and one sleeve completely unravelling into a birds nest of disaster. Absolute shambles. CANNOT RECOMMEND AND ADVISE AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.

Sadly I will not be ordering again. The order was extremely late. An email to state it would be delayed due to high demand is no comfort at all for the price you pay. Rather than state that from the start once the order is placed and not wait until it should have been dispatched would have been better. Or refund the delivery/postage fee.

Once the item finally arrived, I was very sad to see the quality was rather cheap. The shirt is so long, I would wear it as a dress. Even if it is bespoke, (which could explain the cheap look) it does not explain the bad stitching which looks unprofessional or the abnormality of the length.

For the price, I would not recommend it.
I will now have to alter it myself to make it shorter to look normal.

**Update;
Just received an email to say I must send it back so that they can evaluate the product, which is appreciated, but;

1) This will cost me to send it back
2) This will now also take more time (took a month before) and I need the product now.

Appreciate that they tried something, but still not good enough.

I hope everyone else has a better experience.

Serious Sport. Well where do I begin?
I have not had a very good experience to be honest. I found out that they do not recycle many things. Everything goes into the trash. So not very green!!!!
It is like a sweat shop, terrible quality, what can I say. Shop elsewhere.
