When my old sewing machine developed a fault I called for some advice and spoke with a really helpful woman about how much it would be to fix vs was it time to invest in a new machine. She talked me through the various options - both repair and replacement - with so much detail and knowledge.

In the end I decided to invest in a new machine and chose one based off our discussion.

It was delivered promptly with a free creative quilting kit thrown in.

I purchase a grade B ex-demo sewing machine. It had a small scuff on the shell but other than that was in excellent condition. It has been serviced and arrived with a whole plethora of accessories. Super happy. Thank you

This company is excellent. Everyone I have spoken to and met there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They are experts in their field and always happy to answer questions and help me with my sewing issues. I bought my first sewing machine from them in 2022 and it has served me very well. I do 1000-1200 hours of sewing a year so it has been worked really hard. I get it serviced by them every year at a very reasonable cost and it comes back running like new. They were even kind enough to lend me a machine while mine was recently serviced, how kind is that! I recommend them very highly indeed.

Customer service was excellent I had a problem with delivery (parcel was already collected from them at time) and they sorted it quickly and kept me informed of the progress.
The machine Brother CV3440 coverlocker is ideal for what I wanted and already in use.
